Microsoft Xbox 360 Elite - Best console ever made!

Advantages: Looks good/Good storage/Great games/Great graphics/can play films and videos/music/lots lots more.
Disadvantages: Very expensive accesories, especially the wireless adaptor

...the reason why I never even considered the PS3 when I was choosing my next-gen console, I wouldn't be able to sleep at night knowing that I would never get to play such games as Halo3 or Fable. The xbox live marketrplace is a great feature, it alows you to download themes, demos movie trailers,game trailers and even whole movies. Ofcourse some of this will come at a cost, which in most cases is a complete rip off if you are only buying things such as gamer pictures. This is the only real problem with the xbox 360, the price of the accesories :S. As with many things, microsoft liek to charge excessive prices for simple accesories and force you to buy their £60 versions by mnaking the cheaper ones not work. This was a well-known fault in the machines, and so even though the machine was out of warranty, Microsoft would fix it. However, in order to get it fixed, we had to go through an unnecessarily complex process with shipping labels, etc. (which did not work from the emails we received), but eventually we got it sorted. Advantages: quality product, easy to setup, lots of fun.
Disadvantages: cant think of any yet, besides game choice for women!

Advantages: Good value for money, looks quite trendy

...In my opinion the XBOX 360 is a really good buy priced at around £200 if not less if your lucky, it's a console that you (or whoever you intend on purchasing one for) will get a lot of use out of. The arcade is the cheapest and it costs around £140. My son and my brother both had one each for christmas last year and they have been used pretty much constantly!! The games can be quite expensive but you can find some good bargains in some shops and you'll find pre-owned games a lot cheaper, sometimes saving atleast £20 off the usual selling price! ...I am quite a demanding gamer.... but alas i have given in to the xbox 360 and have even bought one for my little brother. The best thing about the xbox 360is the quality and catalouge of games which it supports. Microsoft have hit the nail on the head with its graphics which I think are far better than its rival ( sorry sony ) . The set up of the console is extremely easy and wireless control pads stop us from tripping over it like we did with our old console. ...Having owned a Nintendo Wii for 9 months and an old Playstation 2, I had no need to buy a new console, then bang the Playstation went up in a puff of smoke. The excitement built as we unpacked and set up which was really easy with the quick set up guide and easy to understand manual in about 20 different languages.
