Eau! What a great water!

Advantages: Thirst-quenching, natural taste

...With the warm temperatures of late, all I want is to do is keep drinking lots of ice cold water...but not just any water, I hasten to add! It has to be still mineral water, not the disgusting stuff that comes out of the tap. I normally buy bottles of mineral water from Lidl, as a pack of 6 costs a mere 99p. However, whilst out today, I stopped off at a local shop and bought a bottle of Evian. This isn't the first time I have bought Evian mineral water, but it is not a brand I buy regularly, purely because I find it quite expensive. A single bottle (0.75 litre) will set you back around 79p and a pack of 6 x 50cl bottles costs around £2.05 from most supermarkets. WHAT IS EVIAN? Buying mineral water is a mug's game!

Advantages: Affordable, delicious drinking water with no hardness
Disadvantages: cartridges can be a little expensive

.... Costs: My Brita came from Argos and set me back a meagre 17.99 including one filter cartridge. I can't see how it could possibly break or die (unless I do something REALLY stupid with it) so I imagine that I can expect many years of service from that initial investment. Argos are currently selling replacement cartridges for my model for 19.99 per pack of six, meaning that Brita filtered water costs just under four pence per litre under normal usage. Environment: I like to do my bit to reduce climate change; I wouldn't refer to myself as an eco-warrior, but I do believe that we should all do whatever we can to give mother nature a helping hand. Bedazzled by water.

Advantages: Fresh, pure and a three-dimensional taste.
Disadvantages: Nothing wrong with tap water and it's free, as the saying goes...

water water everywhere, but no-ones drinking any!!

Advantages: clear skin, refreshing, cellulite gone etc etc etc

...sparkling water as well from Evian but mine was just the still mineral water. Now I can't drink water unless its really ice cold so I had to wait a good while until all the bottles chilled. I also had brought a smaller 50cl bottle to take to work and to have out and about. I do not really think there is too much that can be said for describing water other than it's really refreshing when chilled and does quench my thirst, especially in the summer. I've been sticking to drinking Evian every day and making sure I try to get as close to the RDA as possible. I have definitely started to notice the effects (this has been about three months now). My skin seems to be a lot clearer as I usually have a massive outbreak once a month but I haven't had a spot for ages! I really do feel more 'with it' as in refreshed and as though I have a bit more...

...Buxton Mineral Water..... I try to drink a few glassess of water each day and if I am out and about I would rather buy a cheap bottle of water rather than a pricey bottle of fizzy pop. This Buxton Mineral Water was around the same price as all the other bottles of water and cost 55 pence. This is a fair price for a bottle of water and cheaper than most fizzy pop bottles. The water itself is clear and fresh. It is of course best drank when very chilled and not so nice if you drink it warm! Yuck! The bottle has changed shap recently making it easier to hold and even better for re-use of the bottle itself. As water goes this tastes just like it should pure and refreshing. i would not say I prefer this one to others but then again I would not say I prefer others to this. Water is a better option than fizzy pop and this water...

Is it only water...?

Advantages: Refreshing!
Disadvantages: Can taste a bit mouldy-ish!

...Well... you're probably thinking how boring writing a review about water is, but I haven't got many other products to write about. Also, I haven't written a review for a while, so this was the first thing that came into my head. We all know that no-one can survive long without water and you should be drinking plenty of it eat day. Fact: we can live without food much longer than we can live without water. It's part of our every day life, and we can take it for granted. Some countries don't have much of this and can you imagine what it is like living in a hot country without anything to drink? Anyway onto the product... Buxton is a still, natural, mineral water and is bottled at souce, which is the St. Ann's Spring. It tastes fresh and crisp, which is good. Obviously water doesn't taste or smell much, but it does make your mouth lovely...
