...I've been looking for a solution to control my HTPC for some time now, and have been torn between the Logitech Harmony series of remote controls and this - the Dinovo Mini bluetooth keyboard. I eventually plumped for this after missing the boat with the Amazon harmony offers, and I'm REALLY glad that I did! The first thing I would like to comment on is the build quality which is, in usual Logitech fashion, second to none. The devide feels sturdy and well built without being clunky and overly combersome and really is a pleasure to use. My concerns in this department were in relation to the lid - as I'd heard reports that it was quite flimsy and at risk of snapping off, but I can honestly say that it would take deliberate effort to strain the hinge enough for it to snap. Keysonic ACK-540 RF Wireless Mini-Keyboard

Advantages: Small and light, touchpad, great range, good keys
Disadvantages: Numpad operation fiddly, tacky mouse buttons and a little flimsy for some

...It's a bit creaky and cheaply built but the range is excellent as it battery life. There aren't many keyboards with a built in mouse pad so you don't need a mouse as well for armchair surfing and emails. The Mouse buttons have a horrible click to them but the keys are pretty good. Very small keyboard so great for storage. Uses 4 AAA batteries. The USB dongle is a little on the large side so rear mount is preferrable unless you have health insurance. Sometimes when it switches on pressing any key) the numpad is on by default. Press FN (bottom left) and NumLK (top right) to disable. It takes a bit of getting used to that the key in the bottom left is not CTRL but the FN key but not a major problem. At about £20 it's a good buy I'd say....

...This is a good quality keyboard that offers good value for money in the short term. Although as with most electronic products, the value will deteriorate over time and should be anle to get a cheaper version next year. It incorporates most of the latest features and technology that is currently available on the market. The consumer will have to spend a short period of self-training in order to become fully acquainted with using the product. This can be achieved fairly efficiently by making reference to the guide/instructions that comes in the box. After using this product for a few months I have not so far come up against any reliability issues but only time will tell. I therefore have to recommend the product....

Advantages: Good Multimedia Keys, Flat Desgin, Very Easy to Type.

A well laid out keyboard

It's a comfortable keyboard for those who do not want to take the time to learn a new layout. Frankly, I was about to buy a true ergonomic keyboard, one of those with seemingly weird layouts, since this one doesn't look all that different from normal keyboards, but the media keys won me over, and I'm glad they did. This thing is truly comfortable. I first tested the set under the Ubuntu 7.04 OS. It worked right out of the box, but obviously the media keys aren't configured to do anything.
