Minimal minimising!

Advantages: Great deodorant
Disadvantages: The hair minimising is minimal!

...I recently saw the new Hair Minimising deodorant from Dove at a good price in Boots so I decided to try it. I figured that, since it was Dove, it would be a good deodorant and it would be interesting to see if it actually worked to minimize the hair regrowth. To begin with I have said many times that when it comes to deodorant it has to be Dove for me. Not only does it work well at keeping me dry and odour free but it is also ideal for using straight after shaving as it does not sting. I have been known to occasionally try others but I always come back to my trusted Dove. I always go for the roll on version, which is easy to use and it always dries almost instantly, which is a big advantage for any roll on deodorant. Trying to say goodbye to those huge pores...

Advantages: Non greasy formula... great for us blemish sufferers.
Disadvantages: Takes a long time of usage to start working.

I opted for the Clinique Pore MInimizer Refining Serum after using their anti-blemish solutions range, which has worked wonders on my skin. So the packaging states, 'Reduces the look of pores. Leaves skin looking smooth, shine-free. Apply twice a day after 3-Step.' I use this product on a morning after cleansing, then using the clinique anti-blemish clarifying lotion and moisturiser. Idealist range is ideal for me

...I am pretty lucky as I inherited good genes from my mum where my skin is concerned. I don't tend to suffer from spots too often, but I do have a problem with quite large pores on my nose and a slight oiliness which means make up never sits right whilst my skin can often look dull and lifeless. I am probably my own worst enemy where my skin is concerned though as I just cannot comfortably justify spending a lot of money on skincare products, so tend to stick to budget ranges, and I don't always have the time or the inclination to apply a full face or slap before work each day. A bleak, minimal novel that chills to the bone

Disadvantages: too sparse of action for some

Even on their tails are canibalistic savages, from whom they must be on the alert at all times. This novel was written by Cormac McCarthy, whose 'No Country For Old Men' I had previously read and thoroughly enjoyed.
