...When purchasing the Mio P550 I was after a navgation system that could easily be put in my car then arriving at my destination easily fitting in my pocket for security. The Mio P550 is a nice shape and size meaning it does fit nicely in your pocket unlike most brick shaped GPS systems you tend to find. What is even better is its also a PDA, so not just will it tell you where to go, it will be your personal organiser, your mp3 player, your mobile internet. So many great features on one small device! The MioMap software that it comes with isnt the easiest to use at first, some of the features are hard to get to. However it does its job really well once you learn how to use it - please note that when putting in postcodes it just uses the first 4 characters. Multifunctional PDA and Sat Nav system

...I am a grat believer in less is more. I can't see the point in carrying around several different appliances when only one is required. The main problem with this attitude is that although you can get everything you want all in one package, the overall quality of the finished products is generally inferior to the quality of individual units. Take the Mitac Mio. I like PDAs - they combine a media player (to play both MP3's and JPEG video), personal organiser, a gaming machine and several other items all in one. However, the sound quality of a PDA is not up to that of an Ipod. The video quality of a PDA is not up to that of a portable DVD player. Point made? Advantages: Can be used with more than one child to save extra money , 100 % cotton

I tried all the different nappies and one stood out, Bambino Mio, it was easy to use, the design was nice and it looked to be the most comfortable for my baby, it wasn't bulky either, so I went out and purchased a few more wraps and nappies and claimed back £30 of my spend. Bambino Mio nappies are made up of 3 separate parts... Mio Nappy - this is a cotton towel like pad. The pad is made up of layers of cotton so it absorbs well, the middle of the pad is a bit thicker than the rest. ...indoors, although that depends on the type of building you are in and where the salalites are positioned in relation to windows and doors etc. In operation the speed camera warning system is a handy facility, warning you of known speed camera positions with a bleep that gets quicker as you aproach the camera. I used the MIO in Portugal in november in a hire car with no problems, I just installed the map suppiled on cd with the unit onto a SD card that I had bought seperately and it did the rest. I must add here that one or two of the routes that the system took me down ended in a dead end where a new road or developement had been built across the sugested route, but thats to be expected with any sat nav system and applies in the uk too, as sat navs only work on the information they have in memory, so if a road system...

...I started using Bambino mio with my first child and now have a baby; both are in Bambino mios'. I originally looked around at great length prior to the birth and found the bambino mio range to be the best. I liked the mio soft cover as it is cotton like on the outside and waterproof on the inside. It also had some nice patterns on it! The cotton prefolds themselves are not different to many on the market; rectangular in shape they fold into multiple layers and with a biodegradable paper liner that flushes down the loo that wraps around to collect solids. The difference is the waterproof covers that go around the prefolds. There are three different covers and I have tried all three, this is been a bit of a road to discovery with my first born. Reusable Nappies- Bambino Mio

Advantages: eco-friendly, economical, no nappy rash
Disadvantages: you need to keep on top of the laundry!

...We have used these nappies for over a year now for our third child after using disposables for the first two. I went for Bambino Mio because a) I felt very strongly that I wanted to be eco-friendly this time b) They had good consumer reviews- and I did a lot of research and c) I lived near a local stockist at the time, making it easy to get supplies and sample packs. Basically, you have an outer nappy shell with velcro fastenings which looks a bit like a disposable. It has a waterproof inner and a cotton outer. You can wipe down the waterproof inner and reuse this part. Then there is a rectangular cotton nappy that is several layers thick. You fold this and wrap a liner around it and place it in the shell. ...Straight out of the box, the Mio 168 is a little beauty, a gem of design intergration of a fully functional Windows Pocket PC 2003 (Intel Xscale PXA-255 300 Mhz / 32MB ROM / 64MB SDRAM) with a SiRF compatible GPS reciever!! - very quick GPS start up time.
