...I can't say I was initially impressed when I received this perfume as a birthday gift: knowing and loving the original Miss Dior so well, and always sceptical of 'updated versions' of classic fragrances, I couldn't see how Dior could improve on what was, after all, the house's very first fragrance. Miss Sixty a trend setting fragrance.

...Miss Sixty Eau de Toilette 75ml Spray. Brought this as gift for my daughter whilst on holiday in Spain recently, so the review is based on a mixture of both our experiences. It came in a trendy looking bottle a mixture of pink and reds, with the words 'Miss Sixty' in a Gold Bling style written across the bottle, and unusual type of clip on clip of spray top protector. Its over all looks we would say are aimed more to attract the younger lady market. Designed in Italy by Wichy Hassan, to be honest never heard of them. The perfume itself, we found as with most perfumes, the initial smell is a touch overpowering, but give it a few minutes to settle down, then you can start to enjoy its lovely aroma . .... The bottle is rather dumpy to not really any chance of knocking it over accidentally, thank god as I have broken a few bottles in my time that way. The bright pink colour that the bottle is made up from really is a bit garish and not perhaps the best choice by Miss Sixty. Seeing as though the labels from Miss Sixty are red I would have thought a nice red coloured bottle would be more appealing, Ok so this bottle of Perfume from Miss Sixty is a great fresh smelling fragrance that has some underlying spices hidden in the depth of the aroma. The fragrance is really pleasant and one of those smells that can be worn at any time of the year and day or night. The sweet smell of yet another Miss Sixty success

Miss Sixty is made especially for young girls who like to customise their look or just look that bit different from other girls & it sells well because it has that edge that attracts even the likes of Victoria Beckham. ...Absoultely lovely scent. Actually, it's deeper than just a 'scent' it is indeed a perfume, in that it smells gorgeous when you put it on, and it leaves you smelling beautiful all day. It feels really light, but not weak or cheap. Initially it smells a bit sharp, but it settles very quickly. It feels quite classy! When I wear this perfume it certainly turns heads, but mostly of other girls or women should I say, coming up to me and asking what it is. It is quite a sweet smell, compared to most perfumes. Very different. It can be difficult to track down this perfume, and it can be pricey, but consider it a very special treat, that once a year over indulgence! Keep an eye out over Christmas or Valentines Day for those special deals where you get a bonus gift pack or something. Go on, spoil yourself!...

...The Missing Scarecrow is a lovely little book which accompanies the children's television show, Balamory. The front cover of the book is green and has a picture of Edie and a scarecrow with the name Balamory in bright colourful bubble lettering above this and the title of the book is white lettering below. At the top of the cover there is a picture showing some of the house is Balamory. ...I recently signed up to one of these sites where you can get DVD's sent to you in the post. Perfect as now I don't even need to leave the home to get new DVD's to watch! This time I got send Miss Potter. I had put this on my list as I was a fan of her books as a child. My sister had the whole little box set and I loved the stories. She also lived in later life in Windermere in the Lake District, which I have spent some time at as a child as my family lives very near the Lake District. This provided some more interest for me. The film was released in 2006 and has been available on DVD for a while now. The story of Miss Potter is based around Beatrix Potter herself who is played by Renee Zellweger.
