T-mobile is clearly no longer just for hoopers

Advantages: Good coverage, excellent UK customer service (from Wales!), great value Flex-T plans
Disadvantages: Unused credit doesn't roll over.

The T-Mobile G1 - A formidable opponent to the iphone

...I purchased a LG mobile phone from the T-Mobile store in Norwich in November 2004. Things were going very smoothly with regards to the service I was being provided with until June/July 2005. The phone stopped working sometime during June 2005 and I took the phone back to the zoo...sorry, store I purchased it from and asked them if they would like a banana...well... I may as well have done...what I actually said was "i wonder if you could help me my phone has stopped working". T-Mobile G1 - A Landmark Product

Advantages: Andriod OS, 3.2" screen, qwerty keyboard.
Disadvantages: Slightly old fasioned styling, build quality could be better

It looks pretty business-like with the large touchscreen and rounded corners, but in both look and feel it has an air of Russian build quality about it. A far cry from the ultra sleek finish you get with the latest phones from Apple and Sumsung. The sliding screen does not have a positive location and tends to move slightly in the hand, not a reassuring feeling. The single USB/Headphone/Charging port is hidden under a flimsy push fit cover. thumbs up to t-mobile

Advantages: Good coverage, reasonable price plans, good customer services and free voicemail retrieval.
Disadvantages: None found as yet.

...I have been a customer of T-mobile now for a little over 3 years. I have a phone on contract from them. I initially signed up with T-mobile as they were doing and "all in one" package, phone 18 months line rental and 30anytime minutes to landline or other (at the time one2one) phones. My minutes could be rolled over upto a maximum of 1 hour and if I went over my 30 mins per month it was 10p a minute anytime. All this for £90. When my 18 months was up I upgraded my phone for free and changed onto the freetime tariff (which no longer is available unless you are already on this tariff) this includes calls to landlines and other t mobile users off peak (7pm- 7am and all weekend) up to 75 hours per month, at all other times calls are charged at 25p per minute with per second billing. T-Mobile is mobile purgatory

...I ordered and received their £2 a day USB 3G mobile internet dongle and tried it out. No luck. After an hour on the phone with several T-Mobile departments it was obvious that the device and myself were never registered into their IT system. A simple problem except this is T-Mobile. Now I am waiting for a week until this is resolved by their outsourced IT department. Until then I can't even return their product! This provider is suitable only for sim-only pay-as-you-go service because they can't solve even simple problems in their IT system. I would also avoid buying any mobile phone from an online dealer (in this case it was T-Mobile itself) because you can't return a faulty or unsuitable product so easily....

A store manager shouted in my face and t-mobile dont care!!

Advantages: Short wait times
Disadvantages: Terrible custoemr service, not even the chief executive seems to care.

...I always loved t-mobile, but this is becasue i had never had to complain, However sadly in the first week in january 2009 a store manager, Heath, screamed in my face.... I made a complaint, hit a brick wall on numerous occasions, all i asked for was an apology from Heath himself, however they did not seem to think i deserved this. I e-mailed the manageing director of t-mobile, she wasted a whole paragraph telling ME off because on leaving the store i said "this is F***ing Cra* customer service" I didnt swear AT him, i said it basically as i was on the street, I can't believe she told ME off like a naughty school girl. I am the custoemr, i did nothing wrong but query Heaths attitude whichw as appauling right from the word go. T-mobile are the WORST company i've EVER had to deal with when trying to make a complaint, they simply don't care...

T-Mobile - Above the rest.

Advantages: Great Coverage,Great Prices, Great Choice.

...I often hear many people describe the T-Mobile Network (formerly One2One) as being poor but i have never understood why? I have been a member of T-Mobile now for about 3 years and have also had the pleasure of using the other networks alongside T-Mobile but I stil would not change from T-Mobile for any of the others. T-Mobile used to have poorer signal compared to all the other networks, this was because T-Mobile was the newest of the four networks and did not have as much chance and money to increase it's network coverage making it a late developer and giving it's rivals a head start in ruining it's reputation. However T-Mobile now matches the signal capactity of 99% of the countries population which is the same as o2, Vodafone and Orange making them all very similar. T-Mobile also continue to invest £1 million a day in improving...
