...I have been with Three mobile now for about 4 year. I have noticed that year on year the service has got better and better, as has the coverage. I am lucky enough to live in a 3G area so have access to their full range of services, over the last few months they have moved to the faster HSDPA standard and it really shows. I download quite a lot of music and an average song takes just 10-15 seconds. I find that generally 99% of calls I make are successful, with just the odd occasion where I will have to redial (sometimes goes straight through to the recipients answer phone). Three.co.uk (3 network) could be a good mobile provider.

Advantages: Inexpensive plans and tariff
Disadvantages: network coverage, phone reception/signal, and customer services

...Provident is a large company, who provide a credit service, they provide loans amongst other services and they have been around for a good number off years, they boast that they are the "UKs number 1 home credit provider, (yeah right). When I first joined Provident WHY DID I JOIN? the answer to this is I really dont know!! but anyway a few years ago ( approx 3 years ago) an agent called to my home, she was really friendly and helpful, she offered me £100 worth off vouchers which could be spent in most High street shops, as it was near Christmas I took her offer and accepted the vouchers, the agent filled out the neccassary paper work and I had my vouchers the following week along with my payment book, which had all the agents details on the front of cover. My Supermarket Mobile

Advantages: Cheap, easy to get started, good coverage, clubcard points

...So here we go again another review brought about by the fact I had to move to keep my job (long story and will be covered when I write the review of my employers when and if Ciao list them). Sadly for Orange their network doesn't cover Lydd camp - just the area outside it but no signal penerates the camp fence oddly enough. So while on my hunt for a working network I checked the O2 website and found they claim to have full coverage across the camp, not long after this I remembered the handset and SIM I was given by the nightclub I used to work for but was on Tesco mobile. Dont worry I've not lost it, Tesco mobile and O2 are pretty much the same thing because Tesco buy the 'spare' satellite time from O2 to operate their network. Which means that while the Tesco sell the SIM's and the handsets its O2 that owns and operates...

Best value mobile phone (from my experience and Which Magazine)

I paid £29.99 for a mobile phone and a 'smart box' for my Cable phone line (to save money on calls from my home phone). There is a choice of phones & I took the lowest cost option, a Nokia 8146. The monthly rental is only £9.99 (including VAT, and the longer you are with the company the less it gets!) and includes a voice mailbox and itemised billing. I don't get any free calls in the option I took, but my biggest bill so far was still under £20. As a comparison, I used to pay between £40 and £50 per month with BT Cellnet.
