A credit card sized mouse!

Advantages: Convenient storage, no dongle, no charger
Disadvantages: Poor accuracy at slow speeds, bluetooth drains laptop power, no scroll

...happy with my purchase and will be keeping my MoGo :-) I purchased this mouse from Ebuyer in December '06 and at the time the only other place I knew that sold it was Dabs, both for £49.99. Since this is a new product stock was low but I had no problems obtaining one....

Review of MoGo Mouse mouse

A travelling mouse

Advantages: responsive, but not expensive
Disadvantages: I feel uncomfortable with the size.

...Last month I brought a Labtec mini optical glow mouse for £7.99 from amazon.co.uk with free delivery. General information Labtec was founded in 1982 and is a leading products provider for computing, communication and entertainment. The Labtec mice have a large proportion of the market. Labtec mini optical glow mouse has very good design for use with laptops. It looks the same as the picture you can see on this website, but it?s a lot smaller than you can imagine from the picture. The size is about as big as 2/3 of standard mouse. However it has a two-button design with a single scroll wheel in-between. The whole translucent panel and the scroll wheel change slowly in 7 colours when the mouse is working. If you don?t like it you can turn it off. It is a small wired optical mouse with a USB connector. You just need to...

Logitech wireless Mouse M305 - a great replacement for a dud

Advantages: wireless with more freedom, responsive, comfortable.
Disadvantages: more expensive than a wired mouse.

...The quick start guide has 13 languages. However you don?t need to read it because the mouse is so easy to set up. You just turn on your laptop, put the battery into the mouse and switch the power on. Then plug the nano-receiver in a USB port. If your operating system is Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X10.4 or later and Linux kernel 2.6+ it will work immediately. Main features of Logitech M305 1. High-definition optical tracking. It means you can use the mouse on most hard surfaces. 2. Advanced 2.4 GHz cursor control. Compared to conventional 2.4 GHz and 27 MHz wireless technologies the mouse is more responsive and smooth. 3. The nano-receiver is so small you just need to put it into the USB port and forget about it. But if you don?t use it for a long time you can remove the receiver and place it in a storage area...

Review of Logitech Wireless Mouse M305 - mouse

great cool mouse

Advantages: looks good, very wireless
Disadvantages: none

.... This mouse from Logitech is great not only for PCs and laptops but also for Macs as its white colour and cool shape looks quite like the current cool Mac mouse's. However its cheaper than buying a replacement Mac mouse and also its got three buttons as opposed to only having two like Mac mouse's have. It a very small shaped mouse however it fits nicely into your hands and its really easy to move about too. Its surface is kind of a nice shiny almost glass like white finish and feels really smooth and looks new no matter how old it is. It connects via 1.2 wireless Bluetooth technology and it can go quite a range away without losing signal. In fact it can be used up to 30 feet away from your pc Mac or laptop which could indicate a good mouse to control a home theatre pc in a living room. The only downside with most wireless...

Review of Logitech V470 Cordless Laser Mouse for Bluetooth - mouse

The bright mouse

Advantages: Less maintenance, cheap, reliable, connectivity options
Disadvantages: Still a corded mouse

...If we are surfing on ciao, chances are in one of our hands we have a mouse. However, not all mice are created equal. Here is a great little bargain mouse that removes a lot of the \"ball\" mouse headaches.....The Optical Wheel Mouse from Microsoft. Design/Ergonomics. Nice and contoured to your hand, its symetrical shape and slim sides makes it comfortable to hold for long periods of time. The sloped front and back allows it to sit directly in the palm of your hand without any aches or pains. Buttons are easy to reach and soft to touch. The slightest click is picked up but its sensors as is a turn of the centrally located scroll wheel. Usage. A nice responsive mouse that knows exactly where it is thanks to its bright red LED shining down on its control surface. Its accurate and does not suffer from the \"flicking around...

Review of Microsoft Wheel Mouse Optical - mouse

A mouse in the house

Advantages: Easy to use
Disadvantages: None

...the inside of this mouse (unlike the ball type where regular cleaning of the ball and wheels was the norm), it has been made so you cannot access it with ease. Does it need anything to help it work better? In general it is a component that does not need very much; the addition of a good quality mouse mat is a bonus as it allows better contact and a smoother movement of the mouse and therefore the control of the pointer on the screen. A mouse mat however is not essential, the mouse will work on a smooth flat surface, but rubbing this on delicate surfaces could result in fine scratches on the surface, therefore I always use a mat and would recommend their use all the time. System requirements Microsoft Windows 98/ME, Microsoft Windows 2000 / XP Professional, Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 SP6 or later, Apple MacOS 8.6 - 9.x, Apple MacOS X 10...

Review of Microsoft Wheel Mouse Optical - mouse

^..^ Castrating the Mouse ^..^

Advantages: No ball to gather fluff, no tail to get in a tangle.
Disadvantages: Uses batteries.

...on the body to obtain a response on screen. Unlike mice that work with Microsoft, there is no left and right click button on the body of the mouse. Using the mouse is easy and apart from an initial, sometimes sluggish response to move the cusor around the screen when you first switch the mouse on, it is thereafter highly responsive and easy to use. This lovely sleek little tail-less mouse can be used with any Apple Mac OS X, version 10.2.6 or higher. The inbuilt Bluetooth technology is easily paired with the Apple iMac (desktop) or Mac Book (lap top). Recommend? ~*~*~*~*~*~*~ This mouse is responsive and easy to use. It looks and feels stylish but is more expensive than a similar corded mouse. For a clutter free desktop I would recommend it highly. Summary of features ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ Wireless Bluetooth interface 1 click button...

Review of Apple Wireless Mouse mouse

cool retro mouse

Advantages: good range
Disadvantages: a little big for a laptop

...Kensington Ci70LE Wireless Mouse In terms of design the mouse and its colours and pattern feature on top of it make it look very cool, however it appears to be an odd shape and a little bit big. Perhaps if you have huge hands then this might just be the perfect mouse for you but I myself prefer smaller more compact mouse's as opposed to big clumsy ones. It is however quite a nice red colour which is a colour you don't really see much in mouse's so if you have a laptop that is partially this colour or a pc that's this colour then perhaps this would suit it. The receiver is also in this red colour too which is nice to see as it matches quite well. I'm not sure it's a colour I like that much however it does make a change to the boring silver or black mouse and it does funk up your desktop a little. The wireless signal can reach...

Review of Kensington Ci70LE Wireless Mouse - mouse

Generally a good mouse

Advantages: Side scrolling, some may appreciate the size of the mouse (especially for desktops)
Disadvantages: Middle clicking the scroll wheel is difficult to do

...The mouse itself is quite big, its really made for desktops and although it'll work fine on laptops the mouse is quite large and the cord is lengthy so if you intend to use this mouse primarily on your laptop - it may fit the bill but the cord length may be a bit too big for some. This mouse uses laser tracking technology and I can see the big benefits of this over optical tracking. I can even use this mouse on my hand as precisely as I can on my desktop...it works on a few more surfaces in my house than my optical mouse. The tracking and cursor movement of this mouse is generally the same as other mouses. I've tried many mouses and some are more or erratically more sensitive than other mouses, and by that I mean the speed of the mouse in cursor movement compared to other mouses on the same speed setting. This mouse is fine, however...

Review of Logitech MX 400 Performance Laser Mouse - mouse

Greaty Apple Mouse!

Advantages: 360 scroll function, compact, ease of use
Disadvantages: hassle installation, bit pricey

...Aesthetics - The look and feel is a basically a replica of a normal Apple Wired Mighty Mouse. However, the weight of it is a bit heavier than the wired one because of the battery insertion. When I got this mouse from the Apple store, I thought the price was a bit expensive compared to the other wireless mouse. However, I bought this mouse because of the apple brand and it's beautiful aesthetics. After I unpacked it and analysed the mouse, i had no idea where the battery was sposed to go in. (NB battery comes with the product which is really useful) I thought that this mouse was the kind of mouse that doesn't need instruction leaflet however, i had to read it. After, i found out how the battery is fitted, i tried to take the mouse apart however, it was not easy. I had to use some kind of extra piece of equipment to open it. When...
