...Friends with Money is a 2006 romantic film released in the United Kingdom on May 26th 2006. The film was written and directed by Nicole Holofcener and stars Jennifer Anniston. Running time of the movie is eighty eight minutes. Olivia is a single woman who is working hard as a maid in Los Angeles to scrape by on little income. Her three friends (and their husbands) , however are mega-rich ; the total opposite of Olivia , although each friend has their own problem. Basically this film is about a group of friends ; three rich , one poor , and you get an insight into their lives. That's all there is to the plot really. Although there are only seven main characters in this film, I found that I couldn't connect with any of them. ...Money Week is a weekly magazine about money (no really), which gives a commentary on the most important financial stories of the week. It is edited by Merryn Somerset Webb, who also writes for the Financial Times and The Sunday Times, but also has contributions from many other regulars and précis of articles, share tips and investment ideas from other publications, presented in an interesting and contrarian style often contradicting the mainstream view. The magazine is fairly thin, with just 40 or so pages and costs £2.50 or just £14 per quarter on subscription with a three-week free trial. Digital Money Counting Jar

Advantages: Cheap and Fun

...My 8 year old son has a slight obsession with money and will be forever picking up pennies etc off the floor to add to his moneybox. For this reason his great grandma brought him a coin counting jar for Christmas. The jar base itself is made of clear plastic and does feel a bit cheap and flimsy. It comes with a silver, screw lid in which you have to insert 2x AA Batteries in order for the counter to work. The batteries are inserted in the underside of the lid. On the top of the lid is a digital counter which starts at 0.00 when the batteries are inserted. There is a good sized coin slot in the middle of the lid with a thick gold bar running horizontally across the middle of the coin slot.
