...Although this monitor isnt cheap and also is fairly heavy in weight it is a very very good monitor. All the features on the monitor are fully digital and the refresh rates that the monitor supports are of the highest around. The picture on this monitor is very sharp and therfore very good. Excellent in games because of the high refresh rates the monitor supports and also because of the excellent colours on screen. ...After weeks and weeks of looking for the ideal flatscreen monitor to replace my 17" Sony monitor i decieded to buy the Iiyama 15" TXA3813MT LCD monitor. At the time is cost me nearly £500. There we pleanty of cheaper models around but many seemed very unstable as the base of the monitors seemed to small. The Iiyama on the over hand had a unusually large base which made the monitor very stable but still space friendly. I was very impressed by the on screen controls and the auto setup feature on the monitor. As soon as the monitor was attached to my pc it ran and auto setup mode that centered the screen perfectly and produced a perfect picture. ...Ordered from Simply Computers and received the next day, to replace an old monitor that was on its last legs. What you get in the packing box is the monitor itself with the base stand detached which is easily attached to the underside of the monitor. There was also 2 power cables, standard UK power cable, and a 2 pin plug cable for Europe I guess. The monitor video cable itself is permanently connected to the monitor with a D-Sub connector to fit almost all PC graphic cards. You also get a CD containing couple of programs called Magic Tune and Natural Colour. ...This is big, and it’s heavy, don’t break you’re back picking it up, and hopefully you have a table strong enough to support the weight of this beast. In the box you get the monitor and stand which you attach, a d-sub video and a power cable. Also on the back of the monitor are 5 BNC connectors for a different type of video cable, probably macintosh, though you can get a 5 BNC monitor to 15 pin D-Sub video card socket.. Setting up is straight forward, only thing to consider is do you have the desk space available to put this monitor, I had not realised how much desk space I would lose. Windows automatically detects the monitor, no drivers necessary, though you do get a disc with the monitor. This monitor is capable of displaying a resolution of 2048 by 1536, but 1600 by 2000 is the recommended resolution you can really work... Read review

...I rate this monitor as the best monitor for the 17-inch class. I have been using this monitor in my work and I find it to be really good and non straining to the eyes when I am working on the computer for long hours. The colour is rich and deep. It is also non-glaring and in fact almost radiation free. You can definitely get good graphics with this fantastic monitor. It produces good and clear pictures especially if you are doing some photo editing or webpage design where you need a good monitor to give you a good output. It is also useful for people who tends to work on long hours on the computer, it will not strain their eyes as much as the normal non-flat screen. The screen is really flat, and this is good. A thumb up to IIyama for a good monitor. However, the downside is that it is really expensive!... Read review

...I use a Belinea monitor at work all day so i need something a little easy one the eyes and reliable. So far so good, it's not the best brand of monitors i know but it certainly does the job, i use it in 1024 x 768 75hz and it gives a very clear picture. For a 21" it's obviously going to be big, but the overall design isn't that bad, the front is pretty flat to the screen with simple curved buttons to operate the on screen options menu. The only problem i did have with the monitor was when i sat 2 monitors back to back, my monitor did suffer a little interference and discolouring on the screen, so i guess it could use a little more shielding inside. I think this is a problem with most monitors though.... Read review

...Now I will talk about my computers monitor LG F700B. I like this monitor because it works fast, within two years I haven't got any problems. The pictures on this computer looks like very cool!!! Then I play games I feel such as I am really person in game. This monitor display is very big( I like it). This monitor has a 3 year guarantee. It's handy to use. I bought this monitor in 2004-05-07 in the shop near my home(shop name is "Elektromarket") The price was very very small. I am happy that I have bought this monitor because it serve my expectation! ...Well it was quite an eye opener for me to see this monitor displaying its picture. Myself going along using dodgy 14" monitors for so long I didnt realise what strides had been made in the monitor industry. Lets just say the Hansol 500A was quite an improvement on my yellowing 14" Fujitsu ErgoPro. Also the monitor has low heat output so its not quite up there with Cheese's 14" Compaq, which apart from being the size of a small house, can double as your heater for the winter. Overall this is a lovely budget monitor with it certainly not being the most expensive on the market so on this monitor I wholeheartedly reccommend Hansol monitors to you all. Incidentally as is standard with 15" monitors, it has a 13.8" viewable area. This is definitely the monitor to go for if you want a brand new monitor and your working on a budget.... Read review

...The main reason I purchased this monitor was because it seemed to be the best sub-100 pound 15 inch monitor (2 years ago). It has a very nice crisp picture, and flicker is barely visible, even at low refresh speeds. The front panel controls are intuitive, if not hi-tech (A row of LEDs rather than an on-screen display). The monitor comes with a three year swap-out warranty. I sadly had had the chance to review this, when my monitor failed. Tatung wre very good, and organised for a reconditioned (though seems brand new) monitor to be brought to me and for my old one to be taken back within two days. I belive the problem I had with my monitor was a one-off, and I have known of nobody else who has had one fail. The only problems I have with the monitor itself are thet the video cable is captive, and the power supply is not the most stable I... Read review
