Atmosphere on the moon.

Advantages: Intelligent science fiction.
Disadvantages: Slow moving.

  The Apple Of My i

Advantages: Full Internet, Massive storage, Great design, Superb battery life.
Disadvantages: The Megapixel of the camera is put to shame by other phones available.

A few weeks back my problems were solved when I was shopping around to try and find the best mobile contract, and discovered that O2 would be stocking the Apple iPhone as of November the 9th. Not only was I looking for a new mobile contract, but also a replacement MP3 player so the Apple iPhone seemed ideal. I made plans to purchase the iPhone and on the evening of release made my way down to the nearest O2 store upon finishing work, bagging myself my very own iPhone at a price of £269. The Indesit SIXL145S: Once in a Blue Moon

Advantages: Great machine!
Disadvantages: If used improperly may leave you're kitchen floor covered in detergent

...When the old family washing machine finally packed up after a good 9 year run (R.I.P) it was time to time to turn our attention towards getting a new machine to live up to the old one's speeds, reliability and general performance. It was quite a few months ago now that we were flicking through an old Argos catalogue looking for a new machine. "Fly Me to the Moon"

Advantages: Old fashioned 'B' movie
Disadvantages: Very Dated

...and their bosses on board by showing them a by now famous or should that be infamous ?Woody Woodpecker cartoon?. It explained is very simplistic terms take off, space, the Moon, and Gravity. The big wigs all get on board, only financially that is and Destination Moon is good to go. I will not give you the rest of the movie lest to say there are the usual explosions, double crosses, a love interest and not so good special effects. Well it was 1950. The science in the film is awfully dated and quite quirky and innocent looking. The plot is fairly decent but the dialogue at times is awful and corny. It was I believe nominated for an ?Oscar? for its special effects, blimey they must have been desperate in those days. It really is a ?B? movie but enjoyable none the less, catch it if it comes on the TV but otherwise don?t go out of your way...

...I wasn't really expecting much with this book, as honestly the only reason I picked it up was because I was looking for another of Sebold's book at the library. They didn't have it, but they did have The Almost Moon, and as I hadn't read it before I thought I'd give it a go. The plot is based around the character of Helen, and her mother Clair. On the very first page Helen kills her mother, and the rest of the novel is based around the aftermath of this and the story of her life leading up to the moment of Clair's murder. It looks at what Helen's life was like with Clair, the relationships she has with her daughters which she feels have been strained because of her mother, her ex husband, and her father. Moon - a thoughtful sci-fi

Advantages: Visually stunning, superb central performance, clever plot
Disadvantages: Weak ending, confusing in parts

His only company is a robot named GERTY - voiced by Kevin Spacey - whose purpose is to help Sam in any way it can. ...Leslie cone on Wright's Hammond organ, a trick borrowed from Eric Clapton. Throughout this album Wright Hammond playing is superb along with his playing of Wurlitzer electric piano, acoustic piano and backing vocals, some of the style used by him come from the jazz masterpiece by Miles Davis called "Kind of Blue". (Another personal favourite of mine) Nick Mason the drummer in the band was strong on all the extraneous noises and is supposed to have retuned his Roto-Toms for every key change on "Time". The voice parts of the album the most famous being "I don't know I was really drunk at the time" and "I've always been mad" come parts recorded by Waters the first voice is wings guitarist "Henry McCullough" and the second is the doorman at Abbey Road studios called Jerry Driscoll. Advantages: Look like a celebrity every day...lasts a long time, subtle, striking, lightweight, too many!

...My sister has owned BeneFit?s High Beam for a while now and although she said how good she thought it was I never thought it looked quite so good on my skin as it is slightly darker. A few months back they had 3 for the price of 2 on BeneFit products in Boots so as the Moon Beam is the equivalent product to High Beam but for olive/darker skins I it?d be worth a try. MOON BEAM If you know BeneFit you will have come to expect of a rather strange name and even stranger packaging ? Moon Beam obeys that rule. The outer cardboard box offers no surprises but when you open it you?d be forgiven for thinking you?d picked up the wrong product. Nail varnish? Or at least that?s what it looks like.
