the Edmondstone Motel was great and would stay again

Advantages: a really nice place to stay cosy, clean, modern friendly handy and in expensive
Disadvantages: we have nothing negitive to say about this place

...we travel to brisbane on a regular basis,but found the Edmondstone by accident a few months ago. In our opinion,we can highly recommend this little motel because.It was not only inexpensive but clean, quiet and in a great location.From the moment you enter the reception you felt welcomed. It is nice to be recognised and even our names remembered, and just friendly people. In my opinion the rooms looked neat and tidy and spacious.Actually from our first visit we realised that it looked like they had been newly renovated . The bed was a king size and was soooo comfortable. After running around all day on business it was nice to come back to a cosy environment, after eating locally( great recommendations ) and then flopping on the bed to watch some telly on a large flat screen TV ( bigger than ours at home ) . Spacious Modern Motel

Advantages: Easy to find with spacious rooms
Disadvantages: Ground level rooms subject to car noise

...Do not be put off by the reception being to the rear of the Motel. This is to avoid the crowds waiting for a table in their excellent restaurant. The rooms are spacious with large bathrooms and all the usual facilities such as multilingual tv channels and mini-bar. Facilities include a gymnasium and large swimming pool, with a sports shop to purchase those forgotten items. A general shop is located at the front of the Motel for more mundane items and gifts. The bar, situated to the rear of the Motel, is large and comfortable with sofas and armchairs, and has a view of the pool. Outside of the Motel are facilities for local sports teams and competietive games are held there. You are only a short, walking, distance of Animali which is a smal zoo. ...The Design Museum is situated just a few hundred yards from Tower Bridge. I last visited about a year ago so there may have been a few changes since then. The Design museum is a repository for what are considered to be the best , or at least iconic pieces, of twentieth century product design. This includes furniture, tables, chairs, lighting and all manner of interior furnishings. The collection though mostly covering the modernist period does look incredibly dated. Modernism as a style has been around for over a hundred years now, and is fast sliding into a historical period, in fact it already has. When you go to the museum thinking Im going to see the best collection of modern industrially produced furnishings in the country you quickly realise that when you see them all together they are all now museum pieces. ...My daughter wanted this for Christmas after seeing loads of advertisements for this on CITV chanel, (advertising obviously works) there is another designer game as well but this one appealed to my daughter more as she said you could do more on this game. This game is very well suited for the Nintendo Ds and a good use of the pen. When you start the game you have 3 blank profiles that you can go into, so either 3 of you can play and save a profile each on either 1, 2 or 3 or if only one of you plays the game you can save 3 different games. When you select a profile you then go into the game modes, career which is explained below, missions that you can do tutorials on how to cut fabric etc, free play which lets you choose models or profile where you can go into one of your 3 profiles and credits which tells you more about...
