...replacement car insurance - if the windscreen couldn't be replaced before Wednesday I'd better claim on that. She gleefully informed me that I would have to fill in a claim form and there was a £250 excess! That is not clear from policy document!!! Insurance on the cheap!

Advantages: It's cheap.
Disadvantages: I'm not convinced the staff know what they are doing.
