Motorola really rings with a good budget mobile

Advantages: Looks very good, very durable, battery lasts for a long time both for standby and talk time
Disadvantages: Not many features, looks plain and simple

...I had to get a phone when my Samsung U600 decided to brake for the second time. I thought my best option was to buy a new phone because it was the second time that my Samsung had broken and the first time it had been a pain finding a shop to fix it and then paying for the phone to be fixed when I could buy a new one for the same price as getting my old phone repaired. I set out and had a look on the current mobile phone market, I was pretty skint when my Samsung broke so I decided that I did not care about a very impressive phone with features like a camera or mp3 ringtones. The simple fact that I could not live without my mobile phone so I needed one and did not particularly care about what phone it was. Motorola V3 Mobile Phone

Advantages: 2-way Camera option, messaging facility and other appliances.
Disadvantages: Low memory, can be annoying, quite slow.

STYLE OVER CONTENT - motorola getting better

Advantages: ALL STYLE!!! v cool!!!
Disadvantages: NIGGLING DIFFICIENCIES

...and the top moves forward and then swings open all by itself and it is cool - the first time and even the second time you do this the phone will vault out of your hand. This gets really tedious after the third time. And this is why I know the phone is robust and strong (as mentioned below!!) Cost: No idea - T-mobile went mad, sent me this as a new phone, and then charged me for it - I told them I didn't want it and they felt all embarrassed and gave me the phone for free. Woo Hoo!! I was told on contract it would be £90 and worth £200, who knows what phones are worth? In short - for a free phone this is v cool and certainly does everything you need it to do. Motorola Mayhem!

Advantages: Looks nice, has built in camera, 2 okay games
Disadvantages: Need credit to do a lot on this phone, bluetooth isn't good, low memory

They are run on Java which doesn't cost anything but apart from texting is the only thing you can use with this phone if you don't have credit. Video Playback - On the motorola website they say that this is a feature but once again I found my phone differing from my friends. While I had a slideshow option on my mobile my friend, who owned a black razr, had video. I don't know why it would differ so much if they were supposed to be the same model but in different colours. Motorola V3i M? M for 'Mistake' or 'Mediocre'?

Advantages: Good camera and video. Easy to use.
Disadvantages: Definitely not for texters - Itap memory lousy, battery charge weak, problems deleting, screen freezin.

...I have owned an O2 Motorola V3i M for about 6 months now. The phone has its definite plus points - the camera is great quality and the video (which wasn't on my V3) is also pretty good. Its clamshell style is easy to open and the phone is very easy to use. The accompanying 'ringtone editing' software was good to use, but doesn't work on Vista computers (as I found out when I upgraded my laptop). Games, wallpaper, etc., are all easy to use and change. However, as a texter, I found more drawbacks to this mobile than my old Nokia (and I strongly suspect that I may be upgrading again before the year is out). The main downside is that the battery doesn't seem to last very long (I've bought a new one, but the phone still needed charging up every day - and I'm a relatively light user). Motorola V50 - Just a mobile phone

Advantages: Small, Stylish, Great for Calls, Light, WAP enabled.
Disadvantages: Easily Damaged, Limited Functions.
