It is a contract phone with t-mobile on flext, they have many flext plans flext 20, 25, 30, 35, 50 and 75 all great value i am on the flext 20 which is £15 a month and i get an allowence of £34 and as i only use my phone for text thats 340 text a month (not even i can use that many) The phone has great signal no matter where i am even driving on a country lane, the pictures are good quality if you are very still occasionally it comes out blurry. ...The Motorola V3 is an average mobile. It looks nice which is pretty much why I bought one, but for general use it`s not brilliant. As a phone it`s ok but if you want to take photos with it it`s not very good at all. If it is a slightly bright day then I wouldn`t bother trying to take a photo. If it`s slightly dark then you get the same results. If, however, it`s an overcast day then you might be lucky to get a half decent photo. If it`s a bit dark you get a very grainy picture and if it`s bright you get pixel ditortion. Not very good at all. The speaker on the other hand is not bad at all - quite clear and easy to use as a speaker phone.
