...I have owned this phone for over a year, having previously been a Sony Ericsson stalwart. It is connected to T-Mobile. Previously, I had bought phones that included plenty of gadgets that I thought would come in useful. Invariably, these 'useful' additions would remain unused after the initial honeymoon period was over. I purchased the V3i having seen several people with the older V3 and being impressed with the size of the phone. Below I will list the positive and negative points. POSITIVE The size and weight of the phone means that I can slip it into either my shirt, jacket, or trousers, and it will remain unobtrusive until needed. ...I purchased this phone last month on contract with Orange Mobile, and it cost £60 which although is a high price for a contract phone; this has every reason to be. A friend of mine suggested the keypad looked very 'futuristic', and it has to be said that it does hold this feel to it. The perfect phone to be seen with, in my opinion it looks very sophisticated and fashionable. The slimline features of the phone mean that it does not look as bulky as some of motorola's other flip phones, and looks more attractive as a result. ...The Motorola V3 is an average mobile. It looks nice which is pretty much why I bought one, but for general use it`s not brilliant. As a phone it`s ok but if you want to take photos with it it`s not very good at all. If it is a slightly bright day then I wouldn`t bother trying to take a photo. If it`s slightly dark then you get the same results. If, however, it`s an overcast day then you might be lucky to get a half decent photo. If it`s a bit dark you get a very grainy picture and if it`s bright you get pixel ditortion. Not very good at all. The speaker on the other hand is not bad at all - quite clear and easy to use as a speaker phone. It is quite easy to navigate the different features on it and entering names and numbers is straight forward. The build quality is ok, but I`ve owned other mobiles that seemed more solidly...

The main ones are messages:email, sms, browser. Has a feature which gives you words if you type a letter. It is handy because you do not have to use abbreviations such as lol, g2g, omg, brb and etcetera. ...Well, my experience with the Motorola V3 Razr, has had it's ups and downs... but I have mostly had a good time with this phone. It comes pre-loaded with quite a few ringtones, and even has a built in Camera which has a 4x VGA Zoom. ...I purchased this mobile phone as an upgrade to my Sharp GX20, it was a rather blind purchase, chosen upon due to its looks and that Jeremy Clarkson (the tall guy on Top Gear) had one, that was the winner for me. ...I bought this phone to replace my old Nokia 7110 which I'd had for about 5 years. I wanted a smaller phone, and at only 1cm thin, this was the thinnest. I got it online from the carphonewarehouse website. It was in the Clearance section so I got it for £169.99 reconditioned. I have actually got the 'red' version of the phone, which is just about the same as the normal V3i razr, but is a different colour, has different default images and a sum of money that i paid for the phone went to helping people with aids in Africa.
