Motorola V3 Mobile Phone
Advantages: 2-way Camera option, messaging facility and other appliances.
Disadvantages: Low memory, can be annoying, quite slow.
...Motorola V3. It's slim and compact design makes it easier to carry around and the large screen function makes the phone a little different from others because you can actually read the words on the screen more clearly. The buttons on the phone some may find difficult to use and text messaging can be a bit harder to use on this phone than others. This is because the phone assumes what word your going to write before you actually complete the word. This brings disadvantages to the phone and could put potential buyers off. The phone has a camera with a two-way option of use. You can either use the camera like any other phone can or the opening of the phone (lid) can be closed and a picture can be took using the small outside screen. This will then shown on the inside screen when the lid has been opened again. Other appliances include games...

STYLE OVER CONTENT - motorola getting better
Advantages: ALL STYLE!!! v cool!!!
Disadvantages: NIGGLING DIFFICIENCIES
...and the top moves forward and then swings open all by itself and it is cool - the first time and even the second time you do this the phone will vault out of your hand.
This gets really tedious after the third time. And this is why I know the phone is robust and strong (as mentioned below!!)
Cost:
No idea - T-mobile went mad, sent me this as a new phone, and then charged me for it - I told them I didn't want it and they felt all embarrassed and gave me the phone for free.
Woo Hoo!!
I was told on contract it would be £90 and worth £200, who knows what phones are worth?
In short - for a free phone this is v cool and certainly does everything you need it to do. The internet loads fast - the messages get sent and voice quality is excellent. I would recommend, but I would say look at other also. Motorola is still more about style than...

Apple iPhone: The Future of mobile phones?
Advantages: great look, easy to use interface, many useful aplications... and so much more
Disadvantages: Bluetooth technology is limited, internet access is slow
...way to access the internet. However, the phone which is currnetly only on O2 at the moment shows that apple really have what it takes to dominate the mobile phone market.
I urge you all to gt an iphone, they are so easy to use, they look great, and a team of well educated staff are always there in apple shops to help you if you have any problems.
another minor detail about this phone which puts me off, is that you cannot transfer data between phones via bluetooth, obviously this is to prevent pirate songs being sent across apples interface, but it would be nice to be able to send photos to a friend via bluetooth instead of using the internet.
the camera is two mgapixel which is fine for a phone and can comfortably take good quality photos with it.
Also, the voicemail function is a brilliant idea that apple have enhanced their moble...

Possibly the best Motorola phone on the market
Advantages: Slim, stylish design of the V3 with more features and more reliable software
Disadvantages: Camera quality no match for some of its closest competitors
...The original V3 was a real hit for Motorola. The handsets were flying off the shelves, but unfortunately a lot of them developed software issues (especially the pink and blue versions, which seemed more unstable than the original black and silver). In the V3i, Motorola improved not only the features of the original V3, but the reliability.
The design has stayed pretty much the same. The main additions have been a 1.2 megapixel camera with video capture, a vast improvement on the original VGA camera although not as good as the latest Samsungs and Sony Ericssons in a similar price range; space in the back for a transflash memory card (a 64MB card is included in the box); and automatic voice recognition.
Including a memory card means that you can put the camera to good use and also put some tunes on your phone. The V3i supports i...

Motorola U6 Pebel
Advantages: Looks Lovely
Disadvantages: Battery not very good
...so you can really make the phone unique.
The phone also features :-
Your main phone book which has a picture of a book and a telephone reciever, upon pressing this you can add your new enteries, name, phone number you can also put in if it is a work or home or mobile number each one comes up with a different picture, you also have an option to store it to your phone or to the sim card, you can also select a category to put it into eg. General, VIP, Business or personal, you can add there address and birthday and then you can select there own ringer Id which is very handy because you wil know exactly who is ringing you, you can also add a picture so when it rings there picture will come up on display.
You have a recent call category that tells you what recieved calls youve had and when they called and how long the call was for...

iPhone: Apple's debut into the the mobile world
Advantages: Sleek, Touch-pad, WiFi, EDGE, Email, Youtube, Safari, iPod
Disadvantages: Lacks practical features
...Apple makes an entry into the world of mobile phones with the release of the iPhone, a cutting-edge piece of technology aimed at revolutionising the cellphone industry. I recently bagged an iPhone and a fair share of delights and disappointments along with it.
The Good:
-Amazing, state-of-the-art touch pad system that facilitates much accuracy, innovative commands (eg, zoom by pinching and stretching) and multi-touch recognition by simply using one's fingers
-2MP Camera: although only 2megapixels, the camera is of very high quality
-WiFi, Edge, Bluetooth, SSH support
-Built-in, high quality Internet Browser (Safari), Youtube Application and Email Application
-Google Map Application, capable of "emulating" a GPS-like system
-iPOD integrated into phone, iTunes support, Standard Audio Format support
-POTENTIAL: The integrated OS...

Bob's mobile
Advantages: learns numbers
Disadvantages: noisy
...Hello!
My son has been great fan of bob the builder for quiet sometime. But as time goes - he is 6 now- he grow up from some of his baby toys. And just few days ago I have cleared his bedroom from his old and baby toys. And there was quiet some of them and in good condition so I thought that I will take them to the charity shop.
But as I was packing them his younger sister was sort of helping me. As I was putting the toys in the bag she was taking them out. And she has find bob mobile phone and started to play with it. So I can say that I have clear my boy bedroom to his sister bedroom. And I just clean it up with only few toys going to the charity shop.
Since them my little girl is waking the phone and saying: ?bob on the phone?.
I do like vetch toys but my kids love them.

The phone is shape of bob...

I love it - but that's not to say it's a good phone...
Advantages: Stylish, easy to use, well made
Disadvantages: technically a bit out dated and not very advanced
...I've always loved the Motorolas of this generation, the V3 was the original I had and after 5 years of use it became too poor to use. I replaced it with a Nokia 2760 which I have also reviewed. I found it too cheap and nasty and although it electronically worked very well I really wasn't keen. I love the motorola layout - with the buttons on the side and how easy it is to open this phone.
Despite the Nokia being far more advanced and working well, after 9 months of use, i resorted to buying one of these on eBay. Admittidly this was triggered by a fallout with Orange, but that's another matter.
On recieving this phone I was delighted, bought second hand for £38 it is a wonderfully designed phone and it looks fantastic and the weight says it all about how well made it is. Excellent. It has the contarversial keypad which is completely...

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM MOBILE PHONES DIRECT
Advantages: None
Disadvantages: Dodgy dealer
...This is a warning message from a buyer who bought his phone from this didgy website - mobilephonesdirect.com. I bought a N97 brand new phone with T mobile contract. I was very happy for about a week, then on the second week the phone started to behave odd. It deleted all my files and was coming up with message saying 'memory is in use'.
I called up mobile phones direct but the person was quite rude the way he handled the call and told me to write email to their webshop and also said there is no live customer service support. The email service would take 5 days to send a reply back. (quote from their website - "Here at Mobile Phones Direct, we're committed to providing you with the best customer service in the mobile phone industry" [http://www.mobilephonesdirect.co.uk/customerServices/index.aspx])
So I did email their web shop...

Motorola really rings with a good budget mobile
Advantages: Looks very good, very durable, battery lasts for a long time both for standby and talk time
Disadvantages: Not many features, looks plain and simple
...I had to get a phone when my Samsung U600 decided to brake for the second time. I thought my best option was to buy a new phone because it was the second time that my Samsung had broken and the first time it had been a pain finding a shop to fix it and then paying for the phone to be fixed when I could buy a new one for the same price as getting my old phone repaired.
I set out and had a look on the current mobile phone market, I was pretty skint when my Samsung broke so I decided that I did not care about a very impressive phone with features like a camera or mp3 ringtones. The simple fact that I could not live without my mobile phone so I needed one and did not particularly care about what phone it was. I found the Motorola W220 I saw that it is a flip phone, these type of phones are my favorite and the phone is very cheap it cost me...
