A simple mouse pad

Advantages: Quite big, made well, range of colours, good grip on surface
Disadvantages: Plain not to everyones taste

There is no end to what picture can be put on these mats, well yes they look nice but spending £ 5 to £10 on a novelty or ergonomic (wrist pad mat) mat that will end up in the bin seems to be a waste, even if you need the wrist support that is a high price for an item we all discard in the end. Why not buy one for 99p it is plain but it does the job without any fuss or sarcastic comments from your friends. Of course this will still work with other normal roller mouse’s too, but it will work best with optical mouse’s and was built for them because some mouse mats don’t work so well with optical mouse’s. Most mouse mats are made out of some kind of material, however this one isn’t, actually its made out of plastic and not cheap flimsy plastic either, this is made out of quite hard plastic and its surface is quite bumpy too. After doing some research on the net I discovered that washable pads were available. I bought a pack of 6 Avent pads at Boots for £4.99. They are made of a soft material with a waterproof backing & have a lacy side which aswell as looking a bit more feminine serves the purpose of 'gripping' the inside of your bra to make them more secure. They come with a small net in which to wash them so that they don't get lost among your laundry (vital if you don't want one whizzing out your sleeve in public when you take your freshly washed cardigan etc off!).
