...The zen nano plus mp3 player ticked all the boxes I needed and more. I wanted lightweight, compact and funky (I bought the purple version) for using at the gym. The 1GB size means that I can have a variety of music for all my different sessions throughout my gym routine, form warming up, to aerobic, to cardio through weights and to cooling down, without having to listen to the same track over and over - the only repetitions I want are with my abs! I do find that the buttons can be a little fiddly to use, but other than that this is the perfect mp3 player for me. Its small enough that it can easily be held in a creative armband and not get in the way at the gym, and the headphones are really comfy. ...if your after a cheap and efficient mp3 player simply just to listen to your favorite tunes then this is the one for you. easy to use with great value for money. the sound quality produced by this little piece of equipment is top notch. creative zen have always produced reliable and good quality mp3's and this is no failure to say the least. the blue display screen and slick black body provides a very appealing and attractive finish. the one great feature about this is the ease to put songs onto it. it uses a simple drag and drop, as opposed to the installment of itunes from apple and etc. the built in mic is also real cool little feature you can record tracks using this tool. you cant go far wrong with an 18 hour battery life span either.... ...I have had the Microphoto now for 6 weeks and having tried out all the functions and getting the grips with it I feel in a position to give a realistic and honest view on the Creative Zen Microphoto. I purchased the Creative Zen Microphoto to replace my Creative 20GB Touch which I accidentally broke. I shopped around for a mp3 player and settled on the Creative Zen Microphoto mainly because of the Creative software which is easy to use. Also the ability to use it as an external hard drive helps me keep everything in one place neat and organised. The pros are the great sound quality, the bright colourful display, the mp3 player's software system which is very intuitive and the value for money of the Zen when compared to an Ipod. ...The Creative Zen 20GB, what an mps player. Not only is it cheaper than it's rival the ipod it stores many more songs. I own a Creative Zen 20GB myself and i love it, itis software on the computer is easy to put on and the Zen itself it very easy to use. The way to choose things from the menu is touch control pad "up and downwards" unlike the round touch pad of the ipod. The senceativity of the touch panel can be changed, it also has many diffrent eq settings and also a custom eq setting. The menus on the Zen is easy on us with a simple click on the ok button to proced on. The sound quality is great but also depend on what quality mp3's you have. ...I have owned 4 MP3 Players and the Creative Zen Touch is simply the best of all of them. It is easy to use, although very flexible for more advanced users. It looks good, its feels good. The software provided is Excellent, In the package with the Zen you recieve The Creative Mediasource software suite, which comprises of an Audio converter, which can convert between MP3 WMA and WAV files. There is a media player/organizer which i believe sufficient to replace WinAMP with. Also provided is Nomad Explorer, a more simple program for transfering music and data to and from the MP3 Player. The Player itself is very reliable. And the battery life comes close to 24 hourse when fully charged. I have found this to be adaquete in most situations. ...This Creative Zen V Plus is a stylish little mp3 player that is very handy and looks very nice. With the 1GB version you can fit about 1000 songs on there and you can also store some video files and watch them (providing they are the correct format). The controll system mainly consists of a play/pause button, a stop button and a stick that allows you to controll left,right,up,down and select. Also there is an on off button on the side and a volume controll on the other side. The controlls on this mp3 are very neat and are extreamly easy to use. ...In my opinion, this is an extremely good MP3 player. 20GB is more than enough memory for storing all of my purchased CD's plus any of my additional downloads, with still over half of the memory left! The touch pad is quick and easy to use, although to begin with it takes a bit of practice to master. It has the option of creating playlists, which is useful. In my opinion, the best part of this MP3 player is the 'random play all' button. This enables you to play ANY track stored on the player randomly, it is not specific to artist or album like many other players. ...I bought this as a replacement for my old Creative Zen 20GB Micro which died on me. I chose Creative again as I prefer Creative Zen's to IPod's for their functionality and music options ie they will accept MP3s, WMAs, AACs etc meaning you have more variety of where you get your music from. I love the look of this MP3 player with its blue lights and high resolution LCD screen. Other people might think it is slightly chunky compared to other models but that's never been a problem for me. I think it's yummy! Most of the features are the same as my previous Zen except of course this one is a 30GB (WOOHOO!) and you can download photos and videos to view on the extremely good high resolution LCD screen which is a nice viewing size. If you put the lock on MP3 player so that the screen is not used but the music still plays the battery life... Read review
