...I bought this printer because my son thought that he could use my IP4300 printer better than me. So after looking around I saw this printer in a discount shop. After reading the box, it was the one I wanted. So home we got. Taking it out of the box I was pleased with the packing. Well supported. It never felt very heavy but that is because it is almost all plastic. This was the first thing that made me feel I had not bought a good printer. I did read on the box that it only had two print cartridges. One black and a tri colour. Now this does not really make for good photos. Anyway, out onto the desktop and looking at it, you would say it looked quality, and I suppose it does. Right in the middle there is a little screen so you can view photos from a memory card.   Canon Pixma mp 460 - Fantastic all in one

Advantages: lcd display, durability, optional Bluetooth connection, qualitys, speed, design, functionality, rich software, reliability
Disadvantages: could be litle smaller

.... Just think for a second and ask yourself a question. How would it be to have a scanner, printer and photocopy machine in one device? I had like this about year ago and it is not comfortable. You occupy only USB ports, have more cables behind and less room for anything on a desk. Cannon came across with Pixma mp460. This quite medium sizes device is brilliant and quality breath taking. Printed a number of pictures with it on an Ilford glossy photo paper and could not believe that they look so great. Printed previously some pictures from Snappy Snaps and there was absolutely no difference. First what I can truly tell is that all information's I give you come from my experience only. Tesco Cheap Ink Cartridge

Advantages: Cheap, Does the Job
Disadvantages: Printouts are not very good,Tends to smudge easily

...I purchasd this this third part ink cartridge whilst out shopping in my local Tesco store for just under £3 which seemed like a bargain so i thought i'd give it a go. I've used other third party ink cartridges in the past so thought i'd try this one out too since Tesco seem to make everything now. As with all third part ink cartidges,the initial prints are good and of acceptable standard considering that they can cost up to 90% less than the genuine original ink cartidiges. However as you print out a few more,mthe quality degrades considerably and you'll also notice that the ink does not last as long as the original ones do. The print outs are also prone to smudging and take ages to dry properly compared to the originals and the ink dries up faster if you haven't used them for a long time. Review of Tesco C53 Black Ink Cartridge

You get what you pay for with this Tesco cartridge

Advantages: cheap, can still be used to print word documents that are of quite acceptable quality
Disadvantages: Absolutely rubbish for printing pictures, photos, etc.

...I bought this cartridge in one of the larger Tesco stores for £2.97 (or a few pennies around that amount if I didn't remember it accurately!) about 2 months ago. I wanted to save some money on cartridges since I do quite a lot of printing and I own a Canon inkjet printer model number S200x which uses a Canon brand BCI24BK black cartridge which normally costs about twice the price of this Tesco one. Right from the first print, the quality difference was very noticeable. The black ink smudges everywhere on the print-outs, large random black blobs of ink smudges dotted each printout rendering it unusable. I tried to rectify the problem by doing a print head deep-clean, which didn't help at all. Review of Tesco C53 Black Ink Cartridge

Oki toner cartridge - Professional, excellent quality printing.

Advantages: Professional quality. Simple to change, good colour
Disadvantages: Expensive, not sure if it is recyclable

...I have been using the Oki toner cartridges for apporximately 12 months. In my opinion the quality is fantastic, clear and precise. When a notice pops up telling me to replace the cartridge it can be ignored for quite a considerable time, even when running low on certain colours I have still found that the quality is good. When the time comes that the colour reproduction is not good enough then as long it is not for an important document I have found that by just simply removing the cartridge, shaking it about a bit and replacing it, it can bring the colour back to life and will add extra life to it.On the whole I feel it produces professional print quality. I think it is an expensive item but have not compared the longevity against an alternative product....

Advantages: Great print quality
Disadvantages: It's always a pain when it runs out

...I have had my Epson printer for just over a year now and had the one before that for over two before it began to chew paper and was kindly replaced by Epson for the one I currently have. Luckily for me both of the printers use the same ink cartridges and therefore I didn't waste any ink whatsoever when I switched printers. Now being at University and constantly having to hand in double copies of essay and presentation notes I do get through rather a lot of ink and it is my black ink that takes the greatest bashing. The Cheap and cheerful ish Cartridge!

Advantages: Cheap, colour print is good, easy to insert

...Hello and welcome to this review! My gosh those trial cartridges that come with your printer sure do run out quickly! These cartridges are greatly priced, much cheaper than other brands such as HP! However, there is one problem I have come accross when using the Lexmark 1 Cartridge. That being - When black is printed, it doesn't quite come out black! Its more of a green colour. I understand this is because colours are mixed inside the cartridge to make black but the best colour they can make must be green:( I thought it may have been my printer however I bought a second and its exactly the same! I would definately say for the price of this printer and cartridge range It is good for people doing everyday printing, however if you are printing invoices etc and require that crisp look Im afraid you will not get it...
