An example of this is in the lay out of the shop the fact that in the one in Brighton there is music on the fisrt floor on CD and on the second floor there are the rest of the products. Virgins Range of products includes: Cd's, Casset Tapes, Videos, Mobile phones and video games. Usally the music they stock is very up to date and it is easy to find what your after as there is the Top 40 chart and also generes of music in alphabetical order. There is also quite a big range of virgin mobile phones and the shop also has a good stock of the latest video games. But unlike almost all Sony consumer electronics, the Music Clip is let down in the functionality department. For starters, files loaded into the Music Clip from one computer can't be transferred to another. And because of the recording industry's Secure Digital Music Initiative, most songs can't be uploaded to your Music Clip more than three times unless you first load them back onto your computer from the Music Clip. ...to copy by the artist you must pay for the music that you copy. Conclusion Napster is revolutionizing the music industry, hopefully reducing production costs (as there are no materials cost – no cd – no cover etc). These reductions must be passed on to the consumer. I am sure that there will always be copying of music, however a site of Napster’s magnitude cannot condone copying of copyrighted material.... ...Napster is the most damaging piece of software ever, its effect on the music industry although difficult to quantify is surely huge. My first point is this; freeware and shareware programs have allowed companies to quickly and easily distribute and showcase their software to the best advertiser of all the CONSUMER. This is benefial to niche markets virus detection or image editing for example but why on earth would the music industry want a program such as napster too "spread the word" about its products? Alot of people have the opinion that the music industry makes huge profits and exploits the consumer by over charging but this is simply not the case. A single may only be popular for two months in that time the record company has to recoup its investment by selling its product (the single) this product is bought for the music... Read review

...I normally use this site via open inreactive (sky digital). I have used it quite a few times now and have had no problems. They have a wide range of products, but notas many as the internet site. The site is well designed and evenhas backing music an commentry to listen to as you browse there wide range of products which include DVDs, music and videos. The service is excellent as there staff are very hepful. the only down fall of the site is that products can take a weeek minimum to reach you, unlike other sites like amazn where the can take up to two days. the only problem ive ever had with the site is not being ale to find a perticular product that was advertised on the start up screen. I emailed them about this and i didnt expect a reply for days. Much to my amazment they had emailed bak within the hour nd the problem had already... Read review
