The site works on several levels: 1) When you join you can opt to recieve daily emails (up to three per day) which advertise different products or services from the companys affiliated with Mutual Points. ...The mutual.net is a local-call rate isp that claims to offer the user the benefits of mutuality inthe form of freeshares on the alternative investment market. I joined the mutual.net soon after it started and received 10000 shares (the offer for new subscribers is now just 1000 shares). However, despite an early promise, and reports in the newspapers, of this being worth £700 when the company floated, the shares stand at less than 1p at the moment, and a holding of 1000 shares would be worth about £7, which would cost more than that to sell them. Shares aside, the service is no different to any other isp, and certainly offers nothing innovative. Given that the shares are virtually worhtless, and the connection often slow, I see nothing to recommend this company over any other. Try totalise instead!...

These points can then be redeemed for a £20 cheque once you have amassed 3000 points. You can only redeem your points once you have collected over 3000 points. Having signed up to MutualPoints.com over a month ago, I have amassed 847 points, just by receiving emails, and collecting points by searching using Kelkoo, Price Runner and Search the Internet. By searching using Kelkoo, you receive 5 points simply by just searching. ...MutualPoints (ex-themutual.net) is an online reward site which offers members points in return for using them as a referrer (ie. clicking-through their site to a retailer such as amazon.co.uk), or by registering with one of their partners (ie.search sites, betting sites, survey sites) and even for simply clicking a link from one of their emails to read about an offer. In the early days of themutual.net, the service was okay, but nothing special and I lost interest after a while, but earlier this year I had another look and started using the the site again.
