My Baby's?? Nah, It's Mine!

...Shopping for me recently has become a little game which I play, I try to see if I can lower my bill each time I go, this week I managed to make a big saving by buying Tesco?s baby lotion instead of Johnsons and saved over £1 by doing so! ~~THE BOTTLE~~ The bottle is a nice light pink colour and has the title of the product on the front with a cartoon type picture of a smiling baby?s face. There is also a few words which claim that this product is suitable for newborns and gently cleans and moisturises, paediatrician approved and hypoallergenic. The back of the bottle has a white label in the middle and here you can find the directions for use, ingredients and the Tesco promise. ~~THE PRODUCT~~ The cream is a nice light pick colour and is a nice decent consistency. Baby's? No it's Everyones!

...Since having my first baby, now 7 ½ years ago baby shampoo is always something we have in the bathroom, not so much for baby but for Daddy! After moving and being back by a Tesco store we switched from Johnson?s to Tesco?s own as the price difference was quite a lot. ~~THE BOTTLE~~ The shampoo comes is a clear bottle which is handy so it is clearly visible how much of the yellow shampoo is left. The front of the bottle has the title and name of the shampoo in the middle in fairly small blue and pink writing and below this is a picture of a cartoon lion. The last bottle we bough had a different picture so I think this varies and there is a few different characters to choose from. Advantages: A good read
Disadvantages: Too similar in parts to another Barnes book

.... There is humour in the book, through Lorna herself, as well as her best friend Carmen, who has children by different fathers. As well as humour, the book also obviously covers death - since Lorna has been widowed - childbirth (Lorna is a midwife), and romance, so there are many aspects to the book. I was disappointed by the fact that one of the story lines in the book involving a young mother called Kelly reminded me of a similar story in one of Zoe Barnes' other book - Bumps, In that book there was a similar storyline about a young mother who had been kicked out of her home. I was also disappointed that there was not more reference made to the other story, Bumps. Bumps was about a woman who had a baby and as the main character in this story was a midwife, I thought it could be linked a bit more. Other than that , it is a really good...

I paid about £10 at the time, for a beautifully illustrated hardback book which is now packed full of happy memories and sentimental keepsakes. My copy is a sturdy hardback and is spiral bound which gives it the impression of being a quality book, although it does not allow for pages to be removed and reinstated. My baby can play the Piano!

...Buying Decision I bought this walker in particular, because I had heard so many great things about it on this review website (CIAO). Apparently it was a good mover and had very nice tunes to play. These were an understatement of all the little things it can do. Firstly, lets talk about why I was looking to buy a baby walker. Well my daughter Isabella is just over 8 months and is always trying to pull herself up and walk around the furniture. She is very strong on her legs and hates just being put down to sit. She goes all stuff, like a plank of wood when I try to sit her down! So I decided she was at that age where maybe a walker would satisfy her needs allot more! Where I bought it from I ordered it from Littlewoods at £60.00 but you can pay monthly for it so it may be more expensive there than on the internet...
