...The Birth of a Nation is a black and white silent film from 1915. It?s not a film I had heard of before, and the reason I watched it was because it was on the film list for a course I am taking at university. The film is based on a novel by Thomas Dixon called ?The Clansmen?. I had read up a little bit about the film before I started watching it so I wasn?t as surprised as I might have been about the content. The film was (and still is) controversial for promoting white supremacy, and I thought most of it was quite racist! The film was regarded as a very important film in its day as it used many new filming techniques which hadn?t been seen before. In addition to the campaign, gamers can also choose to play maps against AI or online opponents. ...National Treasure has to be one of my favourite Disney Movies in the last 10 years, and even though I think of myself logically too old for Disney films, this particular film has such a likeable, watchable quality to it, and at times reminds me of my younger years. For me national treasure has everything, action, comedy, family feel movie, yet at the same time not too cheesy. Express around the Nation?

Advantages: cheaper than flying/trains at short notice

...So after my happy experience travelling the other weekend I'm off on my travels again, this time risking a foray in to the world which my parents inhabit. So as Bolton has no airport, Lydd has no train station but both have bus stops it seems logical that I would consider getting the coach to Bolton. This is as far as I know the only national coach service in the UK (although in Scotland it is run under the City Link name) and is a member of the european Eurolines coach network. I booked my travel using the nationalexpress.com website the site is mildly confusing if you don't want to use one of the their funfare or travel from one of their more popular stops. Game play As in similar games you have to take command of a nation, you get a choice of 18 each one having special units and bonus to help you along. You have to start of by exploring the world and building your cities in your territory, and invent new technology, build armies to help conquer and protect your lands, you can only build a limited amount of cities so you have to select there location carefully although you can conquer enemies cities to increase your amount. ...Until yesterday, I hadn't been on a National Express coach for about 13 years. However, my car had broken down in Exeter the weekend before where I had left it to be mended, and I needed to get it back. After considering my options, and my precarious bank balance, I thought I'd give National Express a try, wondering how much it might have progressed over the years. The train was out of the question for several reasons. Firstly, my local station (stoke on Trent) was closed for track works, and this would have meant a part-bus, part-train journey for full train price. Secondly, the price of the train was a completely outrageous NINETY QUID as against just over thirty quid for the coach.
