Advantages: Never forget to put your numbers on
Disadvantages: None, compared to going out, filling in the forms and queueing up

...played every single draw! The weeks I have won could have been that week I forgot, and I would be well out of pocket. And, you never know...... I would reccommend playing the lottery this way, unless you like queing up at 25 past 7 in a shop, hoping the person in front of you would hurry up and fill the form in so that you can get your numbers in on time. ...this provides a update of all the lottery results from first draw in November 1994 to date. In addition there are pages of statistics on hot and cold numbers, sequences, machine and ball sets. After a while there is so much information that you don't know what to do with it. The more you know the less you know because none of it has helped me win a sausage. The update is quite slow so don't try accessing the site at 8.10 on Saturdays because you'll get last Wednesday's as the most recent site. But if you've missed a few weeks and want to know if that lottery ticket that's been through the washing macine a few times is a winner then this is the place....

On the other hand my original money is still there even if it is not worth as much as it was when it was invested. In addition it is still possible to win large amounts of money each month. The hundred pounds needed to buy a bond now makes it difficult for many people to access them. It is also quite a task to fill in the forms to apply for them and to have to remember your holders number each time is a bit of a pain. I have a friend who has a theory that all your premium bonds should be bought together so that all the numbers are together. He says that there is a bigger chance of getting a hit with a block of numbers. He does not seem to win any...
