A good natural park near Montpellier

...While on holiday we visited Montpellier Le Vieux (Montpellier the old man) This natural park is in the area called Aveyron in the south of France about 12k from Millau along the d110. . This is a natural site known for its rock formations its fauna and flora. It is a spectacular sight of grey coloured black causse rock that has been shaped by the wind, the rain and time to make the most amazing shapes. The whole of this area of France is very rocky. This small spectacular, site Montpellier le vieux was discovered and developed in the late 1800?s early 1900?s into the site we found. We found this site by following a map we had it was not really very easy to find there were few signs along the road and we did find one leading to a narrow road which went quite a long way before we reached parking for Montpellier le vieux. Natural talent

Advantages: Good performance by Robert Redford
Disadvantages: It's about baseball

...I have lived near Wythenshawe park all my life and it?s somewhere I have been many, many times. It is an ideal place for many things and for me it is great for walking the dogs in. I shall give a little bit of information of Wythenshawe park and my personal opinion on it. The location: Wythenshawe park is fairly big and located in Baguley. The park has the long and very busy, main road named Altrincham road on one side of it and the M56 motorway running past it on one side. As Good As Their Natural Environment..........

...On a recent weekend stay in Aviemore we decided to visit the Highland Wildlife Park. The park has actually been in the news over the past couple of weeks as it has just received a new resident. Mercedes, the polar bear, has just arrived from Edinburgh Zoo, where it is hoped she will really benefit from her new environment, a huge enclosure of approximately 4 acres, which in the winter months will provide her with natural snow. Of course, unfortunately, we visited the week before she arrived so missed out on seeing this magnificent creature. However, there were still plenty other spectacular animals to see. The park itself is situated 7 miles south of Aviemore on the B9152 at Kincraig, just off the A9. The park is well signposted and very easy to find. ...Since moving to Aberdeen a few years ago, I have many times visited if not just passing through, the Duthie Park. It is a place all the locals have been to at least once, and is a strong attraction for visitors to Granite City! It is somewhere I would spend a lot of time during the holidays, wandering around with friends and generally having fun. I suppose I should feel so lucky to have such a wonder right on my door step! The Duthie Park is situated just off of Garthdee in the city of Aberdeen, Scotland. Surrounding the park there are various main roads, with an Asda, a B&Q, and a ski slope near by, not forgetting the university campus too. It lasts about a minute, which is average for roller coasters I?d say. After the ride we went to look at our photos, which, naturally, were awful, and decided to head over to Stealth. Stealth is one of Thorpe Park?s newest attractions. At the start you are plunged from 0mph ? 80mph in a matter of seconds (2 to be exact!) up to the dizzying heights of 205ft and then plunged straight down again. This roller coaster is definitely not for the faint hearted. As one of the newer rides this is also one of the most popular, and the queuing time stated was 45 minutes.
