Natwest Online Banking

Advantages: Applying online, viewing your account online, and more
Disadvantages: none

...your bank's website, which mine would be www.natwest .co.uk and click on the option to sign up for online banking. Once you have done that then you will be asked a number of questions about you, your work, bank details, etc, fill them out as accurately as you can. Once you have done all this you will receive a letter from your bank saying thank you for registering online banking, it will give you the activation code and your customer number, which you will need to complete the setup. Follow the steps in the letter for completing the setup process, then follow the on screen instructions, within these instructions you will be asked to enter your activation code, then you will be asked to choose a password and PIN, these will be used every time you log on. This process does not take long to complete, and is simple to complete. Once you have...

INTERNET BANKING WITH NATWEST

Advantages: Very convenient, Lots of features
Disadvantages: Still some security concerns

...I can imagine that many readers will have concerns about conducting the majority of their banking from the Internet, and the purpose of this op is to show you how much more convenient, quick, easy, and safe Internet banking can be, with NatWest. >> SIGNING UP << This was actually a lot easier than I was expecting. To sign up for Internet banking with NatWest, you (obviously) need a NatWest current account ? I have a ?Card Plus? account which gives users the use of a Solo card (see my other op on this). Then, go to www.natwest.com and click on ?Info + Apply? in the top right corner. From this page you need to click on the link to download an application form, which then needs to be filled in and returned to NatWest. They then send you a letter, containing a customer number, which you need to use to log in to the site. Then...

Natwest Internet Banking

Advantages: Convenient and easy to use
Disadvantages: None

...I have been a customer of Natwest for around 13 years and their Internet Banking is great. I have been doing all of my banking through the internet for the last year or so and the account is very easy to set up and doesn't take long, so is quite quick. It is easy to use and transferring money between current accounts and savings/ISAs etc on the same day is very convenient. When transferring between accounts your account is immediately updated, so you don't have to wait days for the correct balance to be shown. Also, if you happen to have a Personal Loan with Natwest, your balance has now been added as a feature to online banking, so easy to keep a track on your payments and remaining balance. The best thing about Natwest Online Banking is their E-Savings account. You can only open this account if you are signed up to online...

Review of NatWest Online Banking

Natwest online banking is the safest, easiest and most reliable.

Advantages: Practical, quick, easy, safe, secure, convenient.
Disadvantages: No disadvantages.

...Natwest online banking in my opinion is a fantastic facility that enables quick, easy and reliable banking. Not only that, the new online banking card reader is a work of genius! Its great to know that online banking is now safe and secure more than ever before. More or less all the day to day payments, accounts summary, statements etc can be done online in an instant. Gone are the days when one had to battle with time to run to the bank or the cash machine for such a trivial thing as a accounts summary or statement! The website itself is easy to use with everything in simple language and step by step instructions. There are a number of things avaliable to do online through natwest online banking, such as applying for loans, overdraft request or even apply for a credit card. Being able to manage your bank account online is truly...

NatWest - a Student-friendly bank

Advantages: Easy to set up, great overdraft facility, great student credit card
Disadvantages: Solo/Maestro - you have to make sure you have the right debit card

...... What do NatWest have to offer? Why did I choose NatWest for my student account? The answer is very simple: I've had a bank account with NatWest for many years, and although I did research other banks before deciding who to open a student account with, I ultimately chose to stick with NatWest. For students starting university this year who open an account before 10 October 2009, this is what's on offer: * A Maestro debit card - accepted pretty much everyone in shops and online, and can be used abroad (at a cost, obviously) * Chequebook (you need to apply for this though) * Student credit card (CAUTION: I'll come back to this later...) * An overdraft facility starting at £1,250 in your first year * Freebie #1 - A 16-25 railcard for 5 years, worth £130, which gives you up to 1/3 off rail tickets AND doubles up as a student discount card...

Natwest On Line Banking for Business

Advantages: Time saving, instant access and availability
Disadvantages: Unable to transfer monies from all types of accounts including international payments

...NatWest On Line Banking For Business I am a Director of a small investment company and have suffered all the traumas and problems of running a small business for nearly thirty years. Book keeping, banking, filling in forms for this and that, filing company returns and all the negative issues of running a business have been made a lot easier by the introduction of “On Line Banking”. I have been a customer of Natwest for many years and this is the best service that they have ever provided for my company. It is quite possible that a younger person would not be quite so impressed with the system as I am, it’s the Industrial revolution all over again for me. I can access details of the Company accounts and credit cards from any computer connected to the Internet and that means that I have up to date information...

Advantages: Great Service, Many Pros
Disadvantages: None as of yet

...Natwest Online Banking Firstly, this is a very good service. I have used this service for just over a year and I find myself using it regularly. Registration. To use this service you have to be registered. To register all you need to do is visit there webpage and input some simple details, (Name, Address, Ect) and then choose a password. They will then send out a pack within four or five days which contains all the instructions for using the online banking and also your customer number. To log on To log on you need your customer number, your password and your pin number and you will need to input these details every time you visit the page and want to view your details. Natwest On-line banking

Advantages: Quick
Disadvantages: None

...Natwest provide an excellent On-line banking service to all their customers even those with Step accounts (the most basic account) and it is an extremely easy to use, secure and convenient service. You need to apply for the service over the phone and then a pin and a logon code are sent to you separately in the post. You can then register your details on-line and you are set up. The service is available at www.natwest.com and you just need to enter your code and a password to access your account details for all your Natwest accounts including credit card details. The system is very safe and will time you out after 5 minutes inactivity. Although it does take a few minutes to get to your details it is faster than a lot of on-line banking systems. It is also a bright, easy to read and use site. You can list all your incomings...

Outstanding Online Banking

Advantages: Fast, efficient, Wide variety of transactions
Disadvantages: Haven't found any yet

...As I promised in my Natwest bank I am reviewing the Customer Service they offer through their Internet banking system. For those who didn?t read that opinion I will give you a brief synopsis of my opinion of Natwest Banking. I started banking with Natwest about 15 years ago. I am very happy with the services and accounts that they offer and am particularly impressed by their internet banking. I have stopped using Natwest as my main bank about a year ago as I could get much higher rates of interest from other banks. However, I still get my main salary paid into Natwest and run my Direct Debits out of this account. The reason behind this is the Online banking that they provide. You can log onto he main Natwest home page and access information about the online services that Natwest Provides: - OnLine Banking The simple...

Review of NatWest Online Banking

YAY! for Natwest!!!

Advantages: Its so convinient !!!
Disadvantages: ummm???

...I'm sure natwest.com has alot more than this to offer, but this is what I use it for; Online banking !!! Its a tremendously usefull service. At first I was slightly reluctant to have such details on the internet. This was due to my ignorance of the internet at the time. I think this could also be an issue others who don't have experiance with 'the internet'. I ASSURE YOU! DON'T WORRY! YOUR DETAILS ARE SAFE! Signing up for it is a reassuringly lengthy event! You apply online, have forms sent to your address and you have to send the forms 'signed' back to the bank etc etc Its totally worth it, once up and running ... for day to day management of your account, there is not alot you can't do.... Check balance, transfer money, make third party payments, cancel standing orders, order checkbooks and postal statements...
