...Wayne's World is a comedy starring Mike Myers and Dana Carvey and is inspired by the "Wayne's World" skits that Myers and Carvey used to do on "Saturday Night Live". Myers and Carvey play Wayne and Garth, two slacker friends who run a TV show out of Wayne's parents' house, which Wayne still lives at. They mainly just sit around and talk about the two main things that interest them, music and women. They are both big heavy metal fans, and spend a lot of their time partying. The show is quite popular, even though it's only on public cable. It catches the eye of Ben Kane (Rob Lowe), a slimy TV executive who offers Wayne and Garth a deal to be on his TV network in Chicago and to be sponsored by Noah Vanderhoff (Brian Doyle-Murray). Meanwhile, Wayne falls in love with Cassandra, a female singer with a rock n' roll band. Unbeknownst to him...

Waynes world

Advantages: Hilarious fun filled movie

...Waynes world is hilarious movie about to friends Wayne and garth are best buds and both live at home with there parents however they are starting to find a little fame by making illegal broadcasts of there own show from there moms basements called waynes world,things take off and wayne somehow manages to get a gorgeus girlfriend but a evil tv producer trys to buy out the show and change it into something different. I first saw this at the cinema(yes im that old lol) and i loved it then,it gave us some of the most memorable sayings like schwing and they followed bill and ted with the excellents! The cast is top notch with Tia Carrere and Rob Lowe and they are all hilarious,this is a top notch movie and it did have a sequal with most of the original cast but it never was as popular as this original movie,its subject is popular...

Lil' Weezyana: Wayne's World

Advantages: Great beats. Consistent.
Disadvantages: Rhymes are weak at times

...Released in 2004, "Tha Carter" is the first of what is now a triolgy of album releases by Lil' Wayne, from which came his mainstream success "Tha Carter III" from earlier on in the year. It is his fourth solo release and has him coming with the first of many attempts to break into the the larger rap audience, rather than simply the Dirty South market, seeing that he is a New Orleans, Louisiana native. 1. "Walk In" (Intro) 2. "Go DJ" (feat. Mannie Fresh) Over in America, this was seen as Weezy's breakthrough single. However over here I doubt that anyone would have heard this track by him as it saw no attention without being known prior to this. Advantages: Wacky, goofy, silly moments, a loveable film
Disadvantages: Not as good as the original

...Wayne's World 2 is the sequel to the smash hit, um, "Wayne's World". Mike Myers and Dana Carvey reprise their roles as Wayne and Garth, two best friends with a penchant for heavy metal and girls. A lot has changed since the last film, and this one begins in a more serious tone. Wayne now lives and hosts Wayne's World out of an apartment building that used to be a doll factory. He and Cassandra are still very much together, and her musical career is going from strength to strength. Oh, and Garth got pubes. Wayne has a dream in which Jim Morrison tells him to put on a rock concert in his home town of Aurora, Illinois. This takes Wayne and Garth on a whirlwind adventure to find bands, roadies and to try and get people to actually turn up. Meanwhile Cassandra's new manager (Christopher Walken) wants to take to LA and away from Wayne...

SCHWING! WHEN YOUR WAYNE-ING

Advantages: silly and amusing - good fun and great characters
Disadvantages: acting isn't the best (but who cares???)

...My flatmate had bought "Wayne's World", an old favourite of mine, on dvd a while ago and it has been sitting in the living room for a few weeks now, still in its wrapper, tempting me mercilessly. Advantages: Great singer, very emotional, very powerful.

...I have been into Country music for as long as I can remember. Country music makes me feel good inside especially when I am listening to the type of Country I like. Finding the Country music I like can often be a chore considering so many artists in Country sing the same type of song. When looking for good Country music I look for originality, inspiration and real feelings. Some Country music is monotonous and not very original. ...Every once in a while, a bloody good film comes along. Usually, you are the only one who likes it in your family, but everyone in your age group loves it. Working out with Wayne

Advantages: Feels like it is really working, good tuition
Disadvantages: A bit slow between the exercises while they're being explained

...Four years after The Child, I've run out of excuses as to why some bits are still about as firm as a jelly, so I decided to buy myself three (apparently) different workout DVDs to tone myself up a bit. So, far, I have only received Wayne's Workout and Rosemary Conley's Ultimate Workout, to which I will draw a few comparisons during this review. ---------- The main menu of the DVD gives the following options... Play All: Fairly self explanatory, though you may prefer not to use this option after the first run as the introduction is a little drawn out. Workouts: Take your pick from Warm Up, Isolation of the Body, The Plié, Boogie, Tums, Bums, Legs, Arms, Backs, Dance Routine. Starting from one will continue to play the rest after it, and not return you to the menu. Interview with Wayne: I have not yet viewed...

Advantages: Funny, clever, generation forming

...I like comedy. Despite making me laugh, it creates a unique air of happiness that is unrivalled by all other forms of entertainment. So, logically, something that makes me laugh a lot consistently, is likely to get a big tick in the Ian Book of Good Things. And that, of course, is always good. You'll be quite pleased to know that Wayne's World has attained such a personal accolade on my part, and the tick is scored into the page so hard it shows up on most of the following pages. Yes, it IS that good. Why am I talking rubbish? Well, it made a decent intro now didn't it? OK, so I'm tired and my imagination isn't quite up to scratch, but I'm sure I'll pull through.
