...The company is an old and huge company, and their monitors give a very satisfactory performance generally, but since they have launched NEC Multisync 1560NX, it totally changes your opinion about this company ! this monitor gives an EXCELLENT color quality, you will be amazed by the details that it will brought up, not just that its design is also great however small size of this monitor is the only downside and its not cheap either according to its size but when you will go a bit further into specs you'll know that your getting the right monitor for the right credit, their are very low chances of it getting into bad shape if you'll treat it right however one cannot ignore the chances, and if you will require it to fix the monitor then your going to face problems number one its LCD, number two its NEC...

Nec = Never Even Consider it!

Advantages: Video camera and calling capability, good compared to other phones available
Disadvantages: Very big and bulky, a pain to use, generally not very good

The problem is that I have a contract with 3 Mobile; I think you will all sigh at that, and that means that I can only put my sim card in a 3 Mobile telephone. NEC = Not Exactly Clever

Advantages: Ipod-cool looks, bright screen, large buttons, long battery life

Will your NEC't monitor be this one?

Advantages: Bright vibrant picture, DVI and VGA inputs
Disadvantages: Very awkward menu system, picky on cables

...I bought my NEC 1560NX second hand off a popular auction site for the knockdown sum of £50. It arrived shortly afterward in brilliant condition, alas without the stand which I shall not review. It is a second monitor, standing alongside an excellent Philips 150S. On the back of the monitor you have the standard four screw connections for a TFT stand. Easily attach the monitor to a stand you might think. But no, the thread of the screws is slightly different to standard making it difficult to find anything that will fit without cross-threading! Pleasingly the monitor has both VGA and DVI inputs, meaning you can easily hook it up to a G5 or PC that only provides DVI output. Whether you choose the VGA or DVI option, the picture quality is amazing. The colours are very bright and there is no ghosting or blurring on the pixel...

Ideal for NEC Halls

Advantages: Great location for NEC, Large beds
Disadvantages: Restaurant small and very busy

...I used this hotel when visiting the Caravan and Boat Show in the NEC Halls and also the next day a different hall for the France exhibition. It is conveninetly located as you drive past all the halls to get to it. It would be an approx 15 minute walk from the hotel to the main halls and apparently there is a shorter route that can be taken but when I was there this was blocked up or a 2 minute trip in the car. The hotel has been extended in the last year and is very popular so it's advised to book in advance. This hotel frequently has offers on the room rates, so it's worth keeping an eye out for. The staff are very polite and friendly as soon as you walk in, checking in was very quick and efficient. Advantages: Bright & clear display. Fast update times. Great for photo editing and games!
Disadvantages: Expensive. Fiddly 'stick' control on front panel.

The second thing I learnt is that there are four main types of LCD panel: - TN + Film - IPS (superceded by Super IPS, or S-IPS) - MVA - PVA I shan't go into the details - suffice to say that if you wish to read more about them, then a quick Google for "Types of LCD panel" will return most of the information you could require. To cut a long story short though, S-IPS is the preferred type of display for photo editing because of it's wide viewing angle. Before I finally get onto the device itself, it's worth mentioning the last piece of advice that I found, which settled me upon this monitor. Apparently, the best monitors are Eizo. ...I knew from the outset that i would be one of those paranoid mum's constantly worrying about my baby & wondering if he was still breathing through the night, so I invested in the Angelcare monitor with movement sensor mat. The set includes a 'baby unit', 'parent unit' & movement sensor mat. The mat is placed under baby's mattress (if like mine, the base of the cot is slatted, or you're using it in such a moses basket, then you will need to place the mat on a firm surface such as a piece of plywood under the mattress), & is so sensitive that it can detect even the lightest of breathing. The mat connects to the baby unit which then transmits to the parent unit. Not only can it read all the existing formats of DVD, but unlike the vast majority of its peers, it can actually write to TWO of them, not the more normal one. The NEC is a winner

Advantages: Really cheap multi function phone
Disadvantages: the 3 network, no MP3 ringtone

...I wanted a flip phone with bluetooth, built in QUALITY camera, GPS and I wanted it cheap. I checked reviews on a whole stack of flip phones and they were mainly out of my price range or on such expensive contracts there was no way I could afford them by the month. Others had some oft repeated operation problems that made me concerned as to thier useability. I found the NEC as an offer for £30 a month, one year contract with the first 10 months free...yes 10 months of a one year contract free. I worked out with this deal I would get all my calls and texts for a year for £60 PLUS the flip phone of my dreams. I read every review I could find on this phone and found none detailing anything other than sulking ex-Nokia users or folk moaning about the battery life.
