...Damage Effects when you crash your car you need to pay to get it repaired so it helps if you dont crash.This is a very good feature and makes the game look awesome. EA have put a lot of songs into this game and they have also got a commentator who talks between races.The Sound Quality is perfect on surround sound systems sounds so real and makes the game more enjoyable. All in all i would say that Need For Speed Pro Street is Awesome but lacks the Freedom to rome the streets,But to be honest i liked it and i feel like going to play it now. You start as a man who is no to godd to race in the underground scene and is now racing in legal races held in a number of countries. Your goal is to work you way up to be the best racer in 4 different race classes. You need at least 1 car for each event and you have to tune it to your specs. Advantages: Looks superior to other driving games on ds.
Disadvantages: Akward handling. Simple Backround. Non logo'd or designed cars(one colour)

The game runs smooth and brings a smile for those who have a ds and enjoy the need for speed experience yet the cars aren't logo'd and are just one color. The backround is generally empty unlike previous driving games on the ds and it can get tricky to try control your vehicles without crashing into a wall on every turn. If you manage to master the handbrake this might be your type of game. With the obvious illegality of street racing the makers of Need For Speed have decided to make everything more legal. Gone are the days of racing through the city streets avoiding cars and police roadblocks! There are now a variety of structured races such as Sector Shootout, Drift, Wheelie competition, Top Speed Run, Speed Challenges and many others. ...Need for speed games are usually the highlight of every gamers year, and when Prostreet came out everyone was expecting big things. Being a keen gamer myself i decided to buy the latest need for speed hoping it would be as good as its predecessors. I was quite excited when i got it home and turned it on for the first time and i was staggered by the graphics displayed on the playstation 3 and i was keen to get started. I started the career mode and to my horror realised that they had replaced the familiar site of street racing with the more 'sunday driver' style track racing. ...This is a rather different addition to the Need For Speed series as none of the races have the ability to drive around the cities as none of the races are in the city or on the streets as the others. For people that adore the previous editions which allowed you to different races on the streets will be disappointed by this edition. The general graphics and the sound quality is better than the previous games.
