Our previous kitchen was very basic but we'd saved quite a few penny's so spent a lot of time researching on what gadgets we could have to make our kitchen truly amazing. Our previous oven was a double free gas standing oven which was well past its sell by date! so we opted to buy a built in electric double oven. ~Cost: In total our oven cost £779 which was pretty expensive compared to some of the similar models but we did quite a lot of research and was very pleased with the reviews on this and other Neff models. Almost NEFFer a Problem

Advantages: Nifty timing options; fan oven; it works
Disadvantages: I STILL have to look at the instructions to use the timer

...that never worked properly from day one. Finally, the fan AND the grill gave up the ghost (this may have had a little to do with the fact that we rarely...very rarely actually cleaned it well). My mother - oh how I am grateful to my mother - offered to pay for the replacement oven around 3 or 4 years ago. Off we trot again to Comet, order an oven, it never arrives. We wait, and wait, and finally cancel the order and (lesson learnt), went to our LOCAL independent appliance store (support your local high street traders, folks). They undercut Comet, delivered, installed AND took the old one away. Advantages: Brillaint TV

...One of the TVs in my house has just been replaced, we was lucky enough to get a deal on the Samsung PS50b451 instead of it costing around the £700 asking price a friend of ours used her staff discount and along with some vouchers, the TV cost us around £350 which is brilliant for what it is. bit of a bargain actually. ...I'll make this short as I can, because this is a really dull subject but NEFF customer services need a kick up the a***. I have three NEFF products the usual ensemble, hob/oven/hood. I recently had a problem with poor quality production that caused the stainless steel facia on the hood to detach. OK these things happen that's life etc so what? When I approached Neff for a replacement (or fix) I was asked for my appliance ENR AND FD number, all well and good but I work (which is why I can afford the products) and the numbers weren't handy. No problems I thought I registered my appliances for the extended 2 year warranty so Neff already have the numbers so with my address they will be able to cross reference and problem solved. Advantages: stylish, inexpensive, functional and practical

...What a find! There aren't many really large integrated fridges on the market but extensive research kept bringing this one up as the best and my experience so far confirms my research. It doesn't fail on the main reason for buying it - space. It has excellent capacity with superb door storage. The vegetable drawers are large and keep everything amazingly fresh. The split shelf is an ingenious idea and the tube holder (for garlic puree/tomato puree etc.) a nice extra touch. There are 2 egg holders for 6 eggs each but because the door shelves/storage are curved you wont fit both on one shelf. (Not really a problem though as ample room for everything anyway) Its extremely quiet,well made and with the Neff reputation for quality, its perfect. Although quite expensive its well worth the money. I've put this review on to save you going insane...
