Neff microwave oven combi
Review of Neff H5972 S/S by
furryjen78
Advantages: Very flexible usage; looks good
Disadvantages: Wattage doesn't match standard microwave meals
...leading to reduced cooking times and an amazing flexibility.
The manual that comes with this machine is comprehensive and to be honest, we've had it installed now for three months and I still haven't got my head around using all of the settings. The manual offers suggested cooking times for various foods using the different types of cooking facility available. I have found it a god send for melting refridgerated butter to a texture suitable for creaming into cakes, because of the variety of wattages it allows gentle defrosting and melting.
One slight disappointment is that we brought this to supplement the Neff B1422 oven and the fasicas are slightly different - it would have been nice if they matched, but hey ho...
Installation of this was easy - much easier than we thought it would be. Be careful though, we installed this as part...

NEFF K4624x4GB
Review of Neff K4624X4GB by
lots2tell
Advantages: Space & Quality
Disadvantages: None
...What a find! There aren't many really large integrated fridges on the market but extensive research kept bringing this one up as the best and my experience so far confirms my research. It doesn't fail on the main reason for buying it - space. It has excellent capacity with superb door storage. The vegetable drawers are large and keep everything amazingly fresh. The split shelf is an ingenious idea and the tube holder (for garlic puree/tomato puree etc.) a nice extra touch. There are 2 egg holders for 6 eggs each but because the door shelves/storage are curved you wont fit both on one shelf. (Not really a problem though as ample room for everything anyway) Its extremely quiet,well made and with the Neff reputation for quality, its perfect. Although quite expensive its well worth the money. I've put this review on to save you going insane...

Mr Peel
Review of Neff B1421 by
thelemming
Advantages: nil
Disadvantages: were do you want me to start
...I'll make this short as I can, because this is a really dull subject but NEFF customer services need a kick up the a***.
I have three NEFF products the usual ensemble, hob/oven/hood. I recently had a problem with poor quality production that caused the stainless steel facia on the hood to detach. OK these things happen that's life etc so what?
When I approached Neff for a replacement (or fix) I was asked for my appliance ENR AND FD number, all well and good but I work (which is why I can afford the products) and the numbers weren't handy. No problems I thought I registered my appliances for the extended 2 year warranty so Neff already have the numbers so with my address they will be able to cross reference and problem solved. How wrong could I be?
The warranty database is NOT connected, crossed referenced or copied across...

Never wash the dishes yourself again!!!!!!
Review of Neff S 5555 X0 GB by
jupiter28
Advantages: energy and water efficient, washes the dishes so you dont have to
Disadvantages: the end of cycle beeping goes on a bit
...I first encountered Neff when I kitted out the kitchen in my old house in 2006. when I moved house I had to leave them behind, so I needed a new dishwasher.
I did not hesitate in going back to Neff as I really like their products. Neff combines, function, form and design.
Features
This is Neff's mid-range dishwasher and has the following features:
* Light to show cycle in progress
* five washing programmes and half load cycle
* salt and rinse aid indicator
* lower cutlery basket
* upper knife rack
* spray facility
* digital timer display
Rather than me going through all the standard features, you can check out www.neff.co.uk.
If you are anything like me, then you will put everything in the dishwasher, from pots and pans to plastics. My view is if an item does not survive the dishwasher it was never very...

It's a Chiller Queen
Review of NEFF K3990 by
brereton66
Advantages: Big, looks good and works well
Disadvantages: Big and pricey
...Neff K3990 American Style Fridge Freezer
One of my abiding memories of watching American TV in the seventies and eighties was when the Mom (sic) would go into the kitchen and open this gi-normous fridge, packed to gills with all manner of loveliness. In those far off days fridges of that scale were nought but a dream for us under privileged limeys and we could merely stare in wonder and accept that only a country that could put a man on the moon was capable of producing appliances of that grandeur.
But now our time has come, American style fridge freezers (strangely called side-by-sides by the Yanks) are now freely available over here and are quickly becoming the appliance of choice for any kitchen renovator with enough space and cash. So it was when we came to extend and replace our kitchen that one of these monsters would be top...

Death of an oven
Review of Neff B1432WOGB Single Ovens - Electric by
Muddy250
Advantages: Quality, reliability, durability, brand name
Disadvantages: none so far
...once you’ve mastered it (or have had 16 years practice), no but it really is very simple to operate.
Removable Door
The glass door is easily removable for cleaning and has a better system, just lifting out, than the older model which was fitted with two locks made from some kind of ‘toffee’ metal which I managed to break as mentioned earlier, meaning we could no longer remove the door for cleaning with hideous consequences as the grime built up. No such problems with the new one however. It has a solid feel, just like the rest of the thing, very well put together indeed. It closes very positively; you know like the doors of very posh cars, clunk, no rattling or misalignment, quality that is.
Catalytic Linings and Stage Lighting
The B1432 is the first (cheapest) model in the current Neff range to feature a full set of catalytic...

Dishwashers Do It Better Than Me
Review of Neff S5433 by
Freespirit
Advantages: Efficient and economic - has worked perfectly for 3 years
Disadvantages: none
...Well that’s my excuse anyway. OK I admit it – I’m a bit of a lazy cow but I just couldn’t live without a dishwasher and I have had one sort or another for about 20 years. At the moment I own a Neff S4340 dishwasher which I believe has been replaced now by the S5453. I have had it for three years and it has worked perfectly at all times with absolutely no problems.
My first dishwasher (s) were my kids. Being an evil sort of parent I bribed them into doing the dishes for pocket money. I probably wouldn’t get away with it today with Childline and kids rights and things like that but those were the good old days. To be honest though children aren’t very good dishwashers – they are much too noisy, they are unkind to crockery, they use too much water and detergent and they don’t get the stuff...

So Dishy
Review of Neff S5443X1GB by
susie191
Advantages: Quiet, great results, packs a lot in, great for a quickie.
Disadvantages: The beeping, length of wash.
...****Description****
This dishwasher looks pretty ugly when you see it standing alone. When disguised behind a maple cupboard door, which is what we chose for our kitchen units, it looks absolutely brilliant! (If you like maple doors that is - you cannot see the dishwasher most of the time)! The Neff model S5443 not forgetting the X1GB addendum, is a stainless steel appliance specifically designed to be built into a unit. Neff is a German company. Our previous dishwasher was a white AEG stand alone model. It was great but the kitchen design company we chose, only worked with Neff so we had to have a model from their range. The AEG although 7 years old went to a new home and is still going strong. I would have happily chosen another AEG model.
When you open the cupboard door, a black edged panel greets you with the controls...
