Advantages: Lots of different functions available
Disadvantages: Difficult to clean in the hard to reach areas

...~~~Neff built in oven U1442~~~ We refitted our kitchen this time last year so I'm reviewing the items we carefully selected. Our previous kitchen was very basic but we'd saved quite a few penny's so spent a lot of time researching on what gadgets we could have to make our kitchen truly amazing. Our previous oven was a double free gas standing oven which was well past its sell by date! so we opted to buy a built in electric double oven. ~Cost: In total our oven cost £779 which was pretty expensive compared to some of the similar models but we did quite a lot of research and was very pleased with the reviews on this and other Neff models. Neff is a reputable company which is also part of the Bosch and Siemens home appliances groups (so we did check all makes because interestingly the parts are supplied by the same company but the prices...

I selected this hood because I have a small space and the theme was silver, contemporary . It is very stylish and has 2 halogen lights, more than sufficient for the space it covers. ...What a find! There aren't many really large integrated fridges on the market but extensive research kept bringing this one up as the best and my experience so far confirms my research. It doesn't fail on the main reason for buying it - space. It has excellent capacity with superb door storage. The vegetable drawers are large and keep everything amazingly fresh. The split shelf is an ingenious idea and the tube holder (for garlic puree/tomato puree etc.) a nice extra touch. There are 2 egg holders for 6 eggs each but because the door shelves/storage are curved you wont fit both on one shelf. (Not really a problem though as ample room for everything anyway) Its extremely quiet,well made and with the Neff reputation for quality, its perfect. Although quite expensive its well worth the money. I've put this review on to save you going insane...

Advantages: Quiet, great results, packs a lot in, great for a quickie.

The AEG although 7 years old went to a new home and is still going strong. I would have happily chosen another AEG model. Neff microwave oven combi

Advantages: Very flexible usage; looks good
Disadvantages: Wattage doesn't match standard microwave meals

...We purchased this to supplement a Neff single oven so that we could grill at the same time as cooking in the oven. This was a constant source of frustration with our old single oven. This combination microwave has been a revelation - it has 5 microwave wattage settings varying from 90 up to 1000 watts. The only downside being that if you are doing microwave meals they are typically cooked at around 800 watts - most counter top microwaves are around this wattage. The closest this microwave gets to the 800 watt mark is 650. The highest wattage of 1000 is only suitable for heating up liquids and not food. Having said that, the flexibility that this machine offers is amazing - it operates as an oven and a grill in its own right. However, where it comes into its own is the ability to combine microwave cooking with the oven facility...

Belkin 2-Port KVM Switch With Built-In Cabling

Advantages: Advantages: Cheap, all in one solution
Disadvantages: No manual overide or audio support

...stops autoscanning and lets you use the currently selected PC. The Belkin claims support for scrolling mice but I did find sometimes one PC would start up without recognising this facility if it wasn't the currently selected one when booting up and in extreme cases, wouldn't recognise the keyboard and mouse at all. Previous KVM's I've used send the PC fake 'There's a keyboard and mouse here' messages when not selected and it seems this unit does not, which is a pity. Conclusion The Belkin 2 port KVM is a well built unit that works nicely and provides a great way to save desk space and the cost of a second monitor, keyboard and mouse. The long leads are useful and despite the niggles with scrolling mice and the lack of manual switch. I'd say this unit is worth considering at this price if you can live with those shortcomings...

...Well that’s my excuse anyway. OK I admit it – I’m a bit of a lazy cow but I just couldn’t live without a dishwasher and I have had one sort or another for about 20 years. At the moment I own a Neff S4340 dishwasher which I believe has been replaced now by the S5453. I have had it for three years and it has worked perfectly at all times with absolutely no problems. My first dishwasher (s) were my kids. Being an evil sort of parent I bribed them into doing the dishes for pocket money. I probably wouldn’t get away with it today with Childline and kids rights and things like that but those were the good old days. To be honest though children aren’t very good dishwashers – they are much too noisy, they are unkind to crockery, they use too much water and detergent and they don’t get the stuff...

Not so long ago my nan had her kitchen decorated, as well as getting a Neff oven she got a matching Neff microwave, she got this model but she got it in black, glossy black. Looks very attractive, and has lots of features. Neff products certainly are made to a high standard, they look modern, they are functional, with many options available to the user. ----FEATURES----- It has a digital blue/green display, which has a 24 hour clock which is an LED, this gives it that futuristic modern feel, usually previous microwaves don't even have a digital display but one that winds down mechanically.
