...I'll make this short as I can, because this is a really dull subject but NEFF customer services need a kick up the a***. I have three NEFF products the usual ensemble, hob/oven/hood. I recently had a problem with poor quality production that caused the stainless steel facia on the hood to detach. OK these things happen that's life etc so what? When I approached Neff for a replacement (or fix) I was asked for my appliance ENR AND FD number, all well and good but I work (which is why I can afford the products) and the numbers weren't handy. No problems I thought I registered my appliances for the extended 2 year warranty so Neff already have the numbers so with my address they will be able to cross reference and problem solved. How wrong could I be? The warranty database is NOT connected, crossed referenced or copied across... Read review

...What a find! There aren't many really large integrated fridges on the market but extensive research kept bringing this one up as the best and my experience so far confirms my research. It doesn't fail on the main reason for buying it - space. It has excellent capacity with superb door storage. The vegetable drawers are large and keep everything amazingly fresh. The split shelf is an ingenious idea and the tube holder (for garlic puree/tomato puree etc.) a nice extra touch. There are 2 egg holders for 6 eggs each but because the door shelves/storage are curved you wont fit both on one shelf. (Not really a problem though as ample room for everything anyway) Its extremely quiet,well made and with the Neff reputation for quality, its perfect. ...What can i say to capture the shere essence of this microwave. I didnt even have to read the manual because it is so easy to use and very effective. Great looks with mettalic silver and also lots of space inside, big enough to fit two plates at once. If the microwave is smaller then the space provided, it comes with an extra mettalic surrounding for decoration, in order to fill up the space and make the microewave seem alot larger. Excellent value for money and I would reccomend NEFF to anyone. I have had the microwave for 2 years now and have never had any problems with it whatsoever. I have owned 7 previous ones and this is by far the best. It has 4 seperate temperatures to choose when cooking, and also an automatic setting which adjusts the speed andf temperature of the food according to its weight.... Read review

...We purchased this to supplement a Neff single oven so that we could grill at the same time as cooking in the oven. This was a constant source of frustration with our old single oven. This combination microwave has been a revelation - it has 5 microwave wattage settings varying from 90 up to 1000 watts. The only downside being that if you are doing microwave meals they are typically cooked at around 800 watts - most counter top microwaves are around this wattage. The closest this microwave gets to the 800 watt mark is 650. The highest wattage of 1000 is only suitable for heating up liquids and not food. Having said that, the flexibility that this machine offers is amazing - it operates as an oven and a grill in its own right. However, where it comes into its own is the ability to combine microwave cooking with the oven facility... Read review

...We purchased this alongside a range of other Neff appliances when we did our kitchen recently. This was the single most expensive appliance in the kitchen - which is a shame because it is probably the least used!! HOWEVER...having an island hob that is finally now in action this cooker hood is INVALUABLE! The fitting of this was amazingly easy (that seems to be a feature in a lot of Neff appliances) and although it took two of us it was essentially self supporting whilst the hood was screwed to the chimney. The only word of caution is that we were very lucky in that it fitted exactly onto two joists - if you aren't as lucky you'll fing yourselves having to put timber noggins in to support the hood. ...Well this is the second Neff combination we have bought for our homes and that should say something about what we think about this fantastic product, particularly when you consider paying £550 + for a microwave! But if you want an oven where you can choose the most appropriate cooking method and time, then this Neff's great versatility fits the bill. Since it just needs a 13 amp ring main socket it's obviously not going to run up the electricity bill like a conventional oven where they want 30 amps, so your saving the planet and your pocket as well. Secondly this ovens intelligent and will calculate the best cooking method to cook or defrost. But where it comes into its own is combining the various cooking methods, like a fan oven with microwaves, needs careful use because with a full fan oven and then microwaves as well you can make... ...Well that’s my excuse anyway. OK I admit it – I’m a bit of a lazy cow but I just couldn’t live without a dishwasher and I have had one sort or another for about 20 years. At the moment I own a Neff S4340 dishwasher which I believe has been replaced now by the S5453. I have had it for three years and it has worked perfectly at all times with absolutely no problems. My first dishwasher (s) were my kids. Being an evil sort of parent I bribed them into doing the dishes for pocket money. I probably wouldn’t get away with it today with Childline and kids rights and things like that but those were the good old days. To be honest though children aren’t very good dishwashers – they are much too noisy, they are unkind to crockery, they use too much water and detergent and they don’t get the stuff... Read review
