...Finding Nemo I love this film. When i saw the adverts i had to go to the cinima then got it on the dvd. The story: Marlin is a over protected farther to Nemo they are both clown fish, the one day Marlin lets go of little Nemo on a trip Nemo gets caught by a diver and into a dentist tank not only that he's meant to be a present for Darla who likes to kill her fish. Nemo finds himself in a tank with lots of different fish gill the top fish, peach starfish, Jacques king prawn who cleans everything in site, Flo sees double. While scared little Nemo is getting to know the fish in the tank Marlin is looking for little Nemo he meets a strange fish named Dory she has memory loss and remembers things for about 5 seconds. On a wild adventure to find Nemo he meets some interesting fish sharks who are veggie, salmon who sing and plays games...

Finding Nemo

Advantages: Great family film!
Disadvantages: Different from other Disney films

...I loved this film. I really like the animation, it is really quite different from the animation in other Disney movies but it still has that Disney feel to it. The story is about a little clown fish called Nemo, who is caught by a diver and taken away from his father and the reef that they live on. Once caught, Nemo is taken and put in a fish tank with other fish who try to help him escape so he can return home. Nemo's father, in turn, has embarked on a journey to try to find his son with the help of a companion he finds on the way, Dory. This is a really funny film and it is really amusing seeing the colourful and hilarious characters that Nemo and his Father meet whilst trying to find each other again. Swim along with the turtles and Nemo

...Marlin is a clownfish, a nervous and an overprotective father who fears the ocean. He would much prefer to hide out in his sea anemone away from the ravages and wilds of the sea and be left in peace. After a predator attack which consumes his beloved wife and 399 their 400 offspring Marlin (Albert Brooks) is left a widower who has to raise his sole remaining son: Nemo (Alexander Gould). finding Nemo....side splitting

Advantages: Tops out on the laughability scale
Disadvantages: still waiting for the sequel

...star, Marlin, (played by Albert Brooks) is your average clownfish who's about to become a father. But his heart is broken when the eggs are attacked and all but one survive, leaving Marlin to become an over protective father of his only son Nemo, (played by Alexander Gould) Then, years later, on Nemo's first day at school the movie begins properly with a unforeseen turn of events. Nemo is taken from his father and the movie is then all about the troubles Marlin encounters whilst trying to find and rescue his missing son. When Merlin literally bumps into a 'Blue Tang' named Dora, (played by Ellen DeGeneres), a forgetful and frankly a little dippy sort of fish, the fun really starts. As the two fish search the sea for Nemo they encounter all sorts of distractions, there meeting with some vegetarian sharks is belly achingly funny...

Finding Nemo, a fanastic film for all of the family.

Advantages: Entertaing, Great for all Ages
Disadvantages: Parts can be a little too sad for very young kids.

...This movie was amazing. I don't know how a Disney manged to make so many people cry through a carton! My parent's male friend started crying on a Couch whilst watching this and I for one can not make it through the start til the end with out crying a bucket load. Thinking how sad, lonely and let down Nemo must have felt yet seeing him suck it all in and fight for surival whilst helping others. He called certainly be called brave at the least. And the moment when he found out everything he's Dad had done to try and find him, was just magical. I also died with laughter, whilst watching this movie. I mean the butt* as the boat and then the part where he couldn't say where he lived. Dora and the Whale talk. The turtle's 'Wooah, Dude'. Moments from this film just come back to me and make me chuckle. Defenitly worth...

Finding Nemo - Mine, Mine Mine Mine, Mine

Advantages: Looks Great, Loads Of Bonus Material, Fun

...Now being 22, you may think I'm a bit strange reviewing a film that is primarily meant for kids. But from the day Toy Story was released I fell in love with anything produced by Disney Pixar. I believe these films are not only great for films but also for adults. I have no kids, yet own almost the entire collection. Each film is a fun filled adventure, boasting some of the best CGI work done to date. Finding Nemo is no exception. The story follows a clown fish called Marlin, when playing on the edge of the reef one day his son, Nemo, gets abducted by humans! So its up to Marlin to track down and rescue his son. Along the way he team up with the loveable Dory and a whole host of other fun characters trying to make his way to Sydney to rescue his son from his captives! Its an heart-warming story that has you engrossed from the beginning...

...I'll be totally honest and confirm to you that everything what they say about this movie is true. It's a brilliantly animated masterpiece with lots of humor that actually works and a plot that really brings tears to your eyes from time to time. The modern artists of Pixar never cease to amaze the audience in expanding their horizons. Finding Nemo is visually stunning and you can have nothing but respect for the people who created it. I was more or less skeptic about watching it, because it was so overhyped ! Two days before it got released in my country, the TV and press loudly announced that the DVD broke all records in the USA during its first release-day. That's usually a sign of being typically mainstream and fake...but Finding Nemo is not. I'm allergic to fake sentiment and pathetic feel-good movies but I was really touched by...

...Ive just discovered Lovefilm.com, a service where you can rent DVDs online and they'll send them to your door. I'll be reviewing the service shortly however, this review is of the first movie Ive rented from them, Finding Nemo. As I write there there are 101 other reviews on finding Nemo, clearly I havent read them all. But my op has a wee twist. Im doing it as a watch! Ill watch a scene then report back! Clever me!
