Advantages: New look, good for beginners, easy to instal, more professional tools
Disadvantages: Slower then the old one, hard to find sertain things in the new menus

...going through the menus. I was amazed on how much you could do with it. The only downside of this new menu style is that some of the things i was used to lookup in the much faster menus are now devided, and some times hard to find. ...I upgraded from Office 2003 to Office 2007 and found that Office 2007 is different in appearance than Office 2003. No longer will you see the Toolbar as most of us are familiar with. What you see is the Office Button and at six tabs to use. Personally, it took me some time to get acquainted with the new interface that contains tabs instead of toolbars to click on the different tabs and see different categories to use and to use the dialog box launcher which appears on the right hand corner of some of the sections to work with more features for your tasks. One feature I do like in Office 2007 that is presented in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is the Smart Art Graphic which is located under the Insert tab and listed as the category of Illustrations.
