...I only just posted an opinion on Shimano cycle gears a month or so and here I am again, posting another. ?What gives?? I hear those of you that actually give ?a monkey?s? asking. Ah well, the first time it was because I am building myself a new bike. Now, it?s because my two sheds don?t look anywhere near full yet, and because I can?t turn down a tasty bargain, courtesy of e-Bay. Anyway, some people are three-car families; I?m a three-biker, so what? Now then, what?s so special about these Shimano Nexus gears that would divert me from my aim to build a bike? Well, chiefly, they are hub gears (he said, expecting you all to say ?Oh well, that explains it all then!). Oh yes; AND they have a nice bike attached to them. Polaris Nexus Bike Touring Short

Advantages: Quality of mayerials & manufacture. Pocket arrangements

...Wanted an all purpose touring short to replace my Beanbags which are destined for the dustbin. Polaris Nexus Touring Short: Tried to find local shops which stoke this item, but without luck. Therefore bought on-line. Pleasantly surprised by quality of material and manufacture. All going well until I tried them on. At six foot, I'm tall but not enormous. With a normal waist of 36" I obtained the XL size (37"). The waist would have been just right if it was at my waist. Fit is more like a pair of hipsters than cycling shorts. Needs a further 2" in body length. Given the XL tag, the seat was far too tight and the cut at the front (under the delicate bits) more so. I have a traditional dropped bar touring bilke with bars 2" below saddle, so tend to lean forward - after an hour, dowright uncomfortable. Does raise question...

By far the best!

Advantages: You notice a difference after one use!

...After trying numerous different conditioners, my hair was still very dry due to the amount of swimming I do. I even tried conditioners specifically for people who swim a lot, but they made little difference. A friend, who was also a hairdresser, suggested I use Nexus conditioner. I never thought it would work - but immediately my hair was softer and shinier than it had been in years. I now use Nexus everytime I wash my hair and I get numerous people commenting on how well conditioned my hair looks and feels. There are many different types of Nexus conditioner, depending on your hair type. For thick, dry, untreated hair, I recommend Humectress and a leave in conditioner called Headress. I recommend Nexus to everyone!...

...Typhoon nexus drysuit I bought my Typhoon nexus drysuit 6 years ago from new, and so far have used it on around110 dives in the UK in a wide variety of conditions from fresh water lakes in winter to off shore boat dives in the summer. It comes in at the entry level price range for a membrain suit made from nylon trilaminate it is not that hard wearing compared to the more expensive suits and it will start to wear on the high friction parts such as inside leg and knee areas but this is easily fixed with a 2 pac adhesive such as Aquabond by Beaver. The suit is rear entry via a large zip across the shoulders and must say that it has never proved to be a problem in fact it runs more easily then my other more expensive drysuits. It has a dump valve at the wrist which is simply raised above your head to expell unwanted air. The wrist...

Nice coffee table

...As one of those people who had a really old, proper wood coffee tables (it became a sanding experiment gone bad!), I didn't fancy going for a completely modern glass type one. I first came across the Nexus range at the sale in Macdonald's furniture, and decided to go for the coffee table and the lamp table in light oak. The range is also available in chestnut. I think the oak looks better in small spaces as it's a lighter colour - the glass panel in the middle also helps to give the feeling of space in a room. In my opinion, the table is stylish yet not in a way that will make it ever look outdated. It measures H41cm x W129cm x D62cm and has stylish slotted joints and a smoky glass insert and was apparently designed by a British designer. It is constructed from mostly oak veneer and some solid oak. It's easy enough to push around...
