GRAN HOTEL BENAHAVIS (minus D? more like A+)

Advantages: Lovely hotel in a lovely location
Disadvantages: None for me

...centred around the unfeasibly green grass on the lush golf courses - not normally my idea of heaven. But we were only looking for somewhere comfortable to have a quiet(ish) night after stepping off a plane in the late afternoon. A stopover, but a nice one. NH HOTEL SEVILLE - Doesn't Cost an Armas and a Leg

Advantages: Clean, modern, great AC, good location
Disadvantages: None for me

...for dossing down for the night, yet not so cheap and downmarket that rooms can be rented by the hour. Good air condioning (this IS Seville) and a balcony (this IS Seville), We got everything but the balcony - not an easy find in Seville apparently (at least not with our other criteria). Gran Hotel Conde Duque - great spot to chill

Advantages: Quieter location within walking distance of Madrid centre
Disadvantages: Expensive breakfast
