We got everything but the balcony - not an easy find in Seville apparently (at least not with our other criteria).
We ended up at the NH Plaza de Armas, Seville.

Advantages: Fantastic fun, great opportunity to broaden your horizons. Disadvantages: Takes a while to adapt to a new country.
