Nicky clarke product that got rid of my frizzy hair !

Advantages: Gets rid of frizz, makes hair soft and shiny.
Disadvantages: price in some places

...I noticed this product in a warehouse i went to recently called hootys, it was £1.50 and the tube is 150ml and for a nicky clarke product that is a really good price, as this product can be around £4 in some shops, i also had some shampoo from there also Nicky clarke and that was only £1.50 too, i will be doing a review on that soon. So anyway having been pleased with myself for finding such a good bargain i couldn't wait to get home and try it out, my hair is naturally wavy but can also get really frizzy at times so i wondered if this would help. I washed and rinsed my hair then squirted a small amount out of the tube which has a flip lid, into my hand i put on my roots and spread it to the bottom of my hair, i then used a comb to make sure all of my hair was been treated, i then left it on my head for about 5 minutes, on the tube...

I have mid brown hair and chose caramel because I wanted to try and blend in the dreaded grey hairs. It says on the pack not to be used if your hair is more that 50% grey. My hair is 'salt and pepper' grey, and nothing has managed to cover it previously. This colour has managed to tinted it so it isn't so obvious but it is still highlighted (not a solid colour but that probably looks more natural anyway). I wanted grey cover without having to resort to permanent colour where I would need to keep 'doing my roots'. Nicky Clarke Nano NSS013 Slim Salon Straightener Gift Set

Advantages: Light, very compact and cheap
Disadvantages: No disadvantages were to be found by me

...In my opinion these straighteners are better than GHDs - GHDs are good but seem to pull on my hair when I use them and cause static. These Nicky Clarke straighteners are just as hot (I think about 210 or 230 depending on the heat setting) and in my opinion do a better job. They make my hair look nice and shiney, they heat up quick, look good, get right to the roots easily and are quite compact and light too! They come with a heat proof bag which in some cases you dont always get with the ghd's. One thing I would also like to say is whilst on holiday in Greece doing my hair seemed so much less of a chew. No sweating while trying to straighen my hair, Also supplied in this gift set is a brush and sectioning grips, a must for me Im afraid which again are a bonus to have.
