Great looks - poor performance - Nike Tiempo SGT Gloves

Advantages: Stunning looks, very comfortable.

...Since being young I have been borderline obsessed with goalkeeper gloves. In my late teens and early 20's I was buying up to 8 pairs of gloves a season. Outrageous, yes maybe, but I was hooked with the feel and optimism that a new pair of gloves would bring. My mates bought boots by the, er, boot load, I however always opted for gloves. Imagine then my disappointment with this purchase. They look the absolute part, having an excellent colour scheme and that massive Nike tick, reassurance usually of a well-made product. I fell for these gloves immediately and parted with something in the region of £65 for them. I had made a mistake. The main problem with these gloves is the foam. 4mm latex palms are what you would expect from professional quality gloves, but by my own admission the SGT technology was an intriguing concept...

Natural Rubber Gloves.

Advantages: A good quality product that is durable.

...Rubber gloves are not on my list of favourite things to buy, I rarely wear them for anything else other cleaning drains or unblocking sink traps. But saying that I always keep a pair in my cupboard for dealing with those unforeseen emergencies. Getting the right type of rubber gloves can be tricky, some are so flimsy that they tear on their first outing, others can be so thick that you cannot feel your fingers and if you manage to buy the right size first time around then you are a far better woman than I am. The cheap rubber gloves are very hit and miss, they invariably have no lining and will end up damaging the skin on your hands. They Fit Just Like A Glove.

Advantages: Provides relief and protects hands.
Disadvantages: Not widely available on the high street. Need to come in other sizes.

...and it is easy to do general daily tasks that don't require you getting your hands wet. Also they stop your hands from feeling as cold. The heat also helps creams to penetrate into your skin better. I can easily type and still have full use of my hands whilst doing so. They are lightweight and you can still grip well. Another reason why these are good is that when you apply hand creams once you put the gloves on the cream is absorbed into your skin a lot better, so you are not transferring the cream onto everything you touch. Since having my son I also find it good to wear these after applying hand cream, to stop the cream on my hands from being transferred on to my baby's delicate skin. After wearing these for 20 minutes you should notice a difference in the appearance of your hands, and if you want to give your hands a good treatment...

...The world renowned Ronaldinho sports these amazing, sultry boots they are soft inside and the leather is ever so soft. The custom nike pattern gives it a fashionable design. Nike Tiempo Legend are used by 9% Premier League Players. This boot is great for soft ground and this is seen by the amount of footballers who wear it. I had these shoes last season and they are still in mint condition which show quality is a must as with most Nike products. I normally go for the coveted 3 striped but this was an eye catching yet basic design i thoroughly enjoyed putting 25 goals past the keeper last year and will certainly use these as they have fast become my favourite and luckiest boots. I advise you to purchase this as it is a bargain. You'll be mad to miss it....

nike tiempo boots

Advantages: nice design, light
Disadvantages: not strong, dont prevent injury

...been wearing my mitre boots the injury would not have occurred as the leather would have been stronger and would have prevented my ankle from twisting. This is just in my experience but i am noticing this more and more in the modern day nike boots. I gotta say in defense of them though that the design is nice and they are extremely light. But maybe as my story proves that isnt such a good thing. If you are a real footballer who likes to play alot and not just against mates but competitively then i would not recommend these boots. Sure they look nice but if they dont prevent injury then it doesnt matter how they look. Save some money and get the old school mitre boots lol, or just buy the total 90s they are my personal favourites and are still quite cheap....

Scrub a Dub Dub Gloves In The Tub

Advantages: reveals brighter younger looking skin
Disadvantages: not suitable for people with dry skin conditions

...the gloves at first because they felt far too abrasive when they were dry, and I thought that they would be too harsh on my skin and cause it some damage. When the gloves are wet they feel a lot softer and less abrasive, they look different too they don't look as white they change to a see through colour. The gloves have elastic in them so they stretch to fit the size of your hands perfectly. They also have tighter elastic round the wrist so as they have a tighter feel and stay on when you are exfoliating your body. I find that the gloves are easier to put on when they are wet because they don't scratch my hands as much and make them feel itchy. Using the exfoliating gloves is much easier and quicker than using an exfoliating body wash and it saves a lot of time. You can use the exfoliating gloves in a bath or in the shower, and still...

Endless glove is a splendoured thing indeed!

Advantages: Gorgeous scent and leaves hands feeling so smooth!

...part a quick glance but didn't really take it then, I've heard from many reviews now that the Soap and Glory range smells lovely so I didn't read too much into detail there! The text on the back of the packaging reads with the same quickyness as the front does as it boldly states 'Glove is a many splendoured thing.' It tells me I can use it as often as I want as a hand cream, or I could use it with cotton gloves as an overnight moisture mask. It then says 'Or rub it on your dry cuticles, feet or legs. (Just don't get too carried away: Endless Gloves don't grow on trees.)' Again, more of that quirkiness, but it doesn't stop there! In a bright red box it announces how they are legally olbliged to tell you this hand cream will not feel good if it gets in your eyes. Further down the tube it also says Endless Glove was tested in the UK...
