...If you like Nike then you will love the Nike village in Oxford Street London, it sells all Nike has to offer. It’s a three storey building and stocks a lot of goods, all Nike of course and you’ll be able to find anything you want there. We went down to get the new Nike trainers, but they weren’t out, but it was just so wonderful. Just imagine quality goods and with such a wide range of clothes, sports wear you could find something to suite you. The prices were reasonable and even in some cases cheaper than in your local Allsports or JJB store….not bad. It’s so well laid out and presented that you could look around for ages. There’s a lot of personnel on hand to help you if you need to, and trust me when it gets busy, it gets busy, so you might just need their assistance. It sells a lot... Read review

Advantages: Nike Town in New York - Heaven!
Disadvantages: Computer says 'none'!

...''Oh my god'', thats the first words that came out of my mouth when I entered Nike Town in New York City. The wow factor certainly hit me on entering the shop. With Nike probable being the biggest and most recognisable sports brand in the world, its clear to see why they leave their competitors like Adidas and Reebox behind in the race to be number one in the world of sport. Their advertising campaigns are nothing short of fantastic and they offer products for practically any sport in the world. The Nike Town building itself fits in perfectly with the skyscrapers that surrounded it and is located on 6 E and 57th street, not far from Central Park. ...I have been playing golf for many years now and after trying many different types of cheaper balls I though lets splash out and buy some Nike balls. I only bought three but my game has improved dramatically. A lot of research is put into making a golf ball and no expense is spared. I mean Nike must be doing something right because Tiger Woods and many other famous golfers would not be using Nike golf balls if they weren’t up to standard. Since I first bought my Nike golf balls I can drive the ball an extra 30 to 40 yards. I hook the ball less and my slice has been reduced as well. I can’t say that Nike alone can make my the new Tiger Woods, because no matter how much you spend you can still not be the best golfer. ...I tried a Nike Golf Nike One Black Golf Ball in a match play knockout yesterday, I play off 21 and my opponant was off 12 so granted i did have a few shot in hand. I have never used a Nike one black (the ball is white however) but was very impressed with the result. I found the ball which has a thin urethene cover and a enanced 408 dimples very long to hit, Longer than my usual PTS Solo golf balls. I was very impressed with the length and how straight it flew in the air. Off the tee I only missed two fairways but the length was very impressive. I won my game 3 and 2 and to be honest I didn't really need the shots. Really though i found the combination of the balls and my Ping G2 driver excellent. on the greens my ball did truely roll further and felt very nice to hit. ...I bought a pair of Nike trainers two months back and I have been very happy with my purchase. I bought Nike Air Turbulance, this brand was very popular and I could see why. Its not the shape of classics but a more sporty shape. It is different from other trainer on the market. I find them very comfortable to wear because of the padding. The trainers cost me £60 when i bought them, i would imagine that they have either risen in price or remained constant but i doubt whether they would go below £60. I think that they are worth the money because they are so fashionable and also not too expensive. there is also a wide range of colours for that trainer which i found good.... Read review

Advantages: Great feel and very impressive design

...I bought the nike forged blades in 2006 and am still very impressed with every aspect of them! In terms of performance, they are a relatively small blade but all this does is focus more power into the sweetspot in the centre of the clubface and when struck cleanly gives a soft, powerful feeling and a great result! In terms of asthetics, they are a very sleek yet simple design and are finished off with a very stylish nike tick on the back of each club making them very stylish and desirable! As a player, i would reccommend this blade to lower handicap players as higher handicap players may struggle to strike the ball consistently enough to get the best out of them. If however you are a confident low handicap golfer then you will be thrilled with the performance of these irons and the feel of the ball off the club! I have had them... Read review

...Once again, the powers that be have had their way over the true fans. Manchester United in blue - it is just not on. The kit itself is very nice, slick looking and extremely fashionable. A royal blue colour with red trim, and white logos makes for a very attractive shirt. The only problem - it is just not Man U! The vodafone logo (update: now replaced by AIG) is in white across the centre of the shirt, with a white nike tick in the breast, and the club logo in a central position on the breastbone. The shorts are in the same colour, baggy, with the red trim on the seam at the base, and the socks being nikes current half and half with blue fronts and red on the back. As I say, the kit is lovely, once again expensive at £40 for an adult shirt, but somehow is just not a Man U shirt in feel or appearance. The shirt is comfortable... Read review

...A tribute shirt to the European Cup winning Lisbon Lions of 1967, and a shirt that I love. Probably my favourite set of 'the hoops' I have owned. Made from a stronger, better quality material than Nike used for the previous home shirt. Better shade of green than the previous effort aswell. Bottom right of the shirt as in the picture is stitching which says "It's a grand old team to play for". A nice touch. The badge is encircled by embroidery which is in Portuguese about the Lisbon Lions 40 th anniversairy. It is important to bear in mind that since this shirt is to commemorate the 1966/67 season victory, it will only be in use by the Celtic first team for the 2007/08 season. However this has benefits as the shirt is now available for around £10 if you shop around. All in all a great effort from Nike.... Read review

...Before I start I like to say this is no accusation against Nike. I am just expressing my feelings and some other peoples feelings out. I myself wear Nike trainers, and I say they are great and fashionable. But have you ever stopped and thought to your self who makes these trainers. Well, I am a student and I heard about this in one of my lessons. What is the difference between a trainer offering the same qualities like a Nike trainer, well the logo. The Nike logo is a well known brand and instead of buying the cheap trainers we all buy Nike. Nike make their trainers in poor country like some parts in Taiwan, India etc..
