Nintendo Wii
Advantages: Great Fun, Good Exersize
Disadvantages: Graphics Maybe
...I think that the Nintendo Wii is one of the better consoles on the market for the family as they are lots of competitive games available on it to interest all the family, including Wii Sports, Wii Fit, Wario Wares and Mario Party just to name a few.
The Wii Fit is an interactive console that stimulates gameplay by using movement instead of just button bashing, the graphics arent always as good on the Wii as they are on the Playstation 3 or Xbox 360 but I as a bit of an old school gamer think that this is one of the charms that the Wii holds in its simplicity.
You play Wii games with your Wii remote that is senitive to movement as long as you have the receiver near by to receive the signal from the remote, this normally sits discretley on top of the TV that you are playing Wii on.
You can customize your Wii remote by buying...

Nintendo Wii - The Next Generation.
Advantages: The console is Cheap, Fun to play and is fun for the whole family.
Disadvantages: The graphics let the cosole down and the controller is har dto get used to.
...INTRO
Nintendo have always tried to change the gaming world, but have always been beat with microsoft and sony. Nintendo have come up with the ideas and put them in the console, but have always missed out th key features of a game console such as graphics and sound. Also Games on the Wii ahve not all been satisfactory. Because The Wii has such inovative features that the games have had to be changed so muchthat the gameplay was not always up to the top level. However the Wii has entertained many people and with the new release off wii fit and the balance board has really got people into the nintendo mood. Wii fit has made the wii capable of taking over about 50% of the fitness world.
THE GOOD PARTS
The Nintendo wii's revolutionary controller that offers motion - senitive gameplay options and the strap for safetey, not forgetting...

Nintendo Wii review
Advantages: Looks good, innovative, good range of games
Disadvantages: None
...The Nintendo Wii is a home video console released by Nintendo. It is Nintendo's fifth home console and a direct successor to the Gamecube. It was released in November in the US and over here the following month.
Ever since word leaked out about Nintendo's new console, it had the codename of 'Revolution'. That changed after 27th April 2006, when the name was changed to 'Wii'. This change wasn't well received by some people who thought it was too childish and that Revolution was a much better name. But I have to say, after two years, it's really grown on me, and now I can't imagine the console being called Revolution!
The Wii is backwards compatible with the Gamecube, meaning that you can play all your favourite Gamecube games on it. You just slide it into the slot loading optical drive and away you go. The console has 4 Gamecube...

Nintendo Wii is a truly unique gaming experience
Advantages: Intuative gaming experience, accessible to a variety of gamers, plenty of extra features.
Disadvantages: Will have to look slightly harder to compensate for the hardcore nintendo fans
...It is no surprise that Nintendo currently have one of the most successful computer game products out there right now. It appeals to a vast audience including children, teenagers and adults alike - something which has never quite been acheived in the computer gaming world before. Not only this, but it is arguably the most revolutionary and unique entertainment system, a view bolstered by the overwhelming presence the Wii has in the computer game market. But what is so unique about the Wii?
The Wii is not like any consoles before it. The most striking feature is the lack of a standard handeheld controller. The use of a " wiimote ", or a wireless handheld remote that is used as a pointer to play games with is extremely intuative and easy to use, whilst allowing a more immersive gaming experience. Wether you will be swinging a simulated...

pros and cons of the Nintendo Wii
Advantages: small,lots of games,good quality.
Disadvantages: its not an XBOX
...just a small review so you dont have to read several pages to hear the ins and out of the Wii.
Well to start of with the console itself is a very nice size, about a DVD case size. For its size the memory and very good and graphics are spectacular but only for its size. Its like marmite you love it or hate it, There is quite a vast amount of games for all ages from Call of duty to zelda to cartoons games the list goes on.
The thing i noticed was on adverts when you have the family playing mario kart together would be a huge investment as the remotes as a combo can be £40.00 which can setr any mum and dad back in terms of money. To be fair itis a an astonishing little console its by far not the best but probably one of the most entertaining well for me anyway.
thanks...

The nintendo wii - a good buy?
Advantages: great fun, good family games, addictive, updates avaliable, classic n64, nes games
Disadvantages: bad support, requires patience
...We are currently living in a world that is changing ever so fast. Technology is improving every so often and the consumer has to make careful desicions about what to buy where to buy it and and what price. When the nintendo wii was launched i researched prices for the console. I foudn that many different companies offer different prices and luckily i found a shop that was trustworty and reliable - the price was great to. I reccomend shopping around, searching on the internet or even going into your local games stores to see which business offers the best price. This can take time, but it can save you alot of money.
In my opinion the nintendo wiis target market would be families or those who like new technology. The games are great for laughter and enjoyment but if you prefer real "gaming", then i passionatly reccomend that you buy...

Nintendo Wii
Advantages: Compact, Fun, includes Wii Sports
Disadvantages: Sore limbs, some setup inconvenience
.... A keyboard would be nice for use with Opera, as you have to enter all URL?s using the Wiimote.
On the whole, Wii Sports is worth the cost of getting a Wii, and there are plenty of good games now. Though most of the good games are made by Nintendo....

Nintendo Wii
Advantages: Great Addictive Fun
Disadvantages: Still trying to Find any?.
...This is possibly the best console I've ever bought. With the Wii Nintendo has revolutionised Game play. The innovative use of the motion sensor controllers has changed the way we play games and opened up gaming to a whole different generation (I can't get my parents off the thing whenever we have them over to visit!!!)
Yes the graphics don't compare to the PS3 or the Xbox 360 but they're not the reason you'd buy a Wii anyway. The gaming experience is second to none and one that the whole family can enjoy, Nintendo has released a great variety of games that ensure the Wii will appeal to all walks of life.
We have a huge console culture in our house and I think that the Wii is turned on more than my Xbox 360 and PS3 put together speaks volumes for just how addictive the thing is! One word of warning though beware low hanging Lamp...

Wee madness on the Nintendo Wii
Advantages: It is simple, adictive and very interactive, keeps you fit
Disadvantages: Not found any personally
...The Nintendo Wii
I find that this has just the complete wow factor. Not in major games sense in that it plays many of the major video games on the market but also has its own special or unique style of gaming.
My son and I invested in a Wii last year and just love it. Our favourite games to date have been Star Wars the complete Saga and Mario and Sonic at the Olympics. I have Lara Crofts latest outing but we have not tried it yet.
Why should I buy a Nintendo Wii
=
I stared off and really got into a flying game that allowed me to really experience what it was like to fly a world war II fighter planed. I was so hooked that I found myself still playing it 5 hours later.
My son (6) really got hooked on making the Mii's. He has now created about 50 of these little rascals, and is...
