Better that Wii Fit but ........
Advantages: A great improvement on Wii Fit
Disadvantages: You need to be self motivated to stick with it
...I bought Wii Fit last year and have now used it for over 400 hours so I guess you could say I have had my money's worth out of it. I do like it but it has its shortcomings not least of which is the fact that it takes a long time to work through a routine so I was pleased when I heard that Nintendo were bringing out a new versions and I wanted to see what that offered.
Wii Fit Plus is intended to overcome some of the shortcomings and to allow you to plan a whole routine rather than do it piecemeal and have to wait between exercises. I preordered mine via Amazon where you buy Wii Fit Plus for just £17.99 if you already have the Wii Balance Board or £79.99 with the Balance Board.
As this is a full product review I will outline everything that it does which does include everything on the original Wii Fit so if you already have Wii...

Nintendo Wii - The Next Generation.
Advantages: The console is Cheap, Fun to play and is fun for the whole family.
Disadvantages: The graphics let the cosole down and the controller is har dto get used to.
...INTRO
Nintendo have always tried to change the gaming world, but have always been beat with microsoft and sony. Nintendo have come up with the ideas and put them in the console, but have always missed out th key features of a game console such as graphics and sound. Also Games on the Wii ahve not all been satisfactory. Because The Wii has such inovative features that the games have had to be changed so muchthat the gameplay was not always up to the top level. However the Wii has entertained many people and with the new release off wii fit and the balance board has really got people into the nintendo mood. Wii fit has made the wii capable of taking over about 50% of the fitness world.
THE GOOD PARTS
The Nintendo wii's revolutionary controller that offers motion - senitive gameplay options and the strap for safetey, not forgetting...

Wii Fit
Advantages: great for weightloss, fun for all the family, improves posture, balance and health
Disadvantages: expensive, can only register up to 8 family members
...Our Wii Fit was brought as a birthday present for my 9 year old brother, although to be honest it was probably more of a gift to us!!
What is a 'Wii Fit'?
Before explaining what a Wii Fit is, I will explain the equipment you will need for it. The Wii Fit works on a Nintendo Wii - the Wii is a games console, which uses a handheld remote for interactive play (simulating tennis etc). In addition to the games console you will need a Wii Fit balance board. This can be used with other games such as skiing etc but will initially be purchased with the Wii Fit software. The Wii fit balance board is a rectangular board, which the user stands on, and it links up wirelessly to the Wii and is used to improve health through balance games, muscle and yoga poses and aerobic exercise games. The Wii fit balance board measures and monitors...

Wii Fit
Advantages: Easy way to keep fit.
Disadvantages: Can't think of any.
...Last Christmas, my mum (a.k.a. "Santa") got the family a Wii Fit - hinting at my sister and I that we need to keep fit. I'm going to admit, I'm a bit fat. Now, I'm not one of those people you see in documentaries who can't get out of bed because they're huge but I could stand to lose a stone or two. I used to go to the gym twice a week but I found it too difficult and it was straining keeping up with my trainer, and I felt embarassed whenever I told him I couldn't do something. I did lose about half a stone though so I was happy about that. When I started using the Wii fit I was a bit anxious about trying it out because it had been a while since I'd been to the gym and I wasn't too keen to let my family see how unfit I was! However, I've been using it on-and-off since Christmas and it's great! It's been about a month since I last used it...

Nintendo Wii review
Advantages: Looks good, innovative, good range of games
Disadvantages: None
...The Nintendo Wii is a home video console released by Nintendo. It is Nintendo's fifth home console and a direct successor to the Gamecube. It was released in November in the US and over here the following month.
Ever since word leaked out about Nintendo's new console, it had the codename of 'Revolution'. That changed after 27th April 2006, when the name was changed to 'Wii'. This change wasn't well received by some people who thought it was too childish and that Revolution was a much better name. But I have to say, after two years, it's really grown on me, and now I can't imagine the console being called Revolution!
The Wii is backwards compatible with the Gamecube, meaning that you can play all your favourite Gamecube games on it. You just slide it into the slot loading optical drive and away you go. The console has 4 Gamecube...

The Wii Fit Plus is an excellent add on, and great fun!
Advantages: fun, good for you, multiplayer
Disadvantages: none really
...The wii fit has been keeping me happy for quite a while now, but eventually when you have played and tried all the games within it eventually it gets left in a box behind the sofa, for 72 days according to my wii fit. So when i saw the Wii Fit plus was for sale I pre ordered it straight away, it gives a much needed new enjoyable boost into the what was already great wii fit.
There are many extra fun things to do whilst getting fit with the Wii Fit Plus in my opinion. One of the great things is that it transfers all of your data from the wii fit easily and quickly in one click. You can now weigh your babies and pets on this. There are three new yoga moves - Spine extension, gate and grounded V. Three new Muscle workouts - Balance bridge, Side lunge and Single leg reach.
However there are two new sections which I find great these are...

Nintendo Wii
Advantages: Fun, fun, fun!
Disadvantages: Tiring!
...This is possibly not the right console for the 'serious' gamer. Games like Call of Duty 4, Grand Theft Auto or any other graphics based games are probably better played on the Xbox 360, or the Playstation 3. However, if you just want to have some good old fashioned fun with friends or family, then this is the one for you.
I can't rate this console highly enough, I've had endless hours of fun on this machine, and I feel that for my kids, they are getting the excercise as well, that they would not be getting on the Xbox or PS3. If you decide to buy extra controllers, then the fun doubles on the likes of Wii Sports Tennis, when 4 of you are up on your feet competing against each other.
My partner has also found that the Wii has helped her to lose those extra pounds after recently giving birth, by purchasing the Wii Fit board. Another...

The Wii!
Advantages: New way of gaming, attracts new gamers, sleek design
Disadvantages: Graphics
...Hey there! I'm going to be reviewing the Nintendo Wii as it's one of my favourites systems at the moment.
Now, the Nintendo Wii is very cheap for a great console ($250/£180) compaired to the other consoles like the PS3 and the Xbox, but I won't be getting into much detail about that.
I received my Nintendo Wii about a week after Christmas being in the right place at the right time, anyway, I shall crack on to the review. =P
It's obvious that Nintendo have carried on the sleek look to the Nintendo Wii from the DS lite which is good. The Nintendo Wii is small, eye catching and very beautiful to look at! It was much smaller than I thought it would be, it's also very light! As most of you know, the Nintendo Wii console sits in the grey stand which adds contrast to the design.
There is a blue light that surrounds the disc...

Nintendo Wii - Now I know what all the fuss is about
Advantages: Good graphics, no wires
Disadvantages: Would have liked different colours for the console
...When the Nintendo Wii first hit the shops I didn't understand what all the fuss was about. I'd always been a fan of Nintendo since I received the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) for Christmas when I was about 11, and even owned a Gamecube, but the Wii didn't really interest me.
That changed when my cousin, aged fourteen, brought his Wii round to my house and the whole family got to play on it. We started off with Mario Kart, which displayed my distinct lack of co-ordination with the Wii wheel, then moved on to Mario & Sonic at the Olympics, Wii Sports and then finally the Wii Fit.
This convinced me and I am now the proud owner of a Nintendo Wii, Wii Fit and several other accessories.
It is great game for the whole family and friends to get involved with and compete against each other.
The games are in CD format...

A Wii for Mii
Advantages: Great fun, good for all ages
Disadvantages: Graphics aren't brilliant
...A few months after the Nintendo Wii was released my boyfriend decided that he wanted one. I'm not really a huge gamer so I wasn't too keen, it just seemed like almost £200 that would be better off in our bank account than being spent on another console.
Then one of our friends got one and this only seemed to fuel his fire more, so one evening we'd popped round for a few beverages and t a game of tennis on the Wii was suggested. Well I played and lost a couple of games and much to my boyfriend's delight I had a lot of fun.
The next week we sent each other a couple of emails at work about how much we'd enjoyed playing on it and decided we would get one. We had a look at a few bundles online, but I can be quite impatient and wanted one there and then. After work we took a drive to Morrisons and luckily they had some in stock, we parted...
