Sun Sprays help, Nivea more
Advantages: Read the Review
Disadvantages: Price, requies frequent application
...around a beach dressed like a hi fi executive, to be protected against the sun simply because this is a ridiculous idea. But he matter of factly refered to use something, may be a lotion or even a sun spray to take care of that!
Do you know what I did? I looked for some useful stuff just here at ciao, because I have some reasonably good reviews published up here and number of people said that their reviews are generally unbiased and best of to is that, they all review it with a good bit of personal experience.
I read as many helpful reviews as possible on these types of products. Ultimately my girl friend, and me decided on Nivea Sun Spray factor 10. We took an average and found that the Nivea Sun Spray factor 10 seemed to be the best. Now the problem is getting it. We got hold of factor 2, factor 8 and even factor 15 but not 10. As...

Spray Safe with Nivea Sun Spray!
Advantages: Nice bottle, easy to use, absorbed well.
Disadvantages: A little expensive unless bought on a deal.
...I love this product mainly because I am LAZY and if I am out in the sun it is usually on a beach where I would rather be having fun than slathering sun cream on! A quick and effortless way of protecting yourself from sun burn and sun damage, which with my fair skin makes it a vital product!
This is a simple but great design. The ergonomic bottle is easy to hold, even with slippery hands and the spray lets out a generous burst of lotion that is easily rubbed into your skin. Because it's quicker and easier to use, you're more likely to bother applying it and I can imagine it's also a plus for impatient children who would rather squirm away and dive into the sea!
I bought a bottle of this a couple of years ago and since I don't see too much sun here in the UK, I still have ample amounts left. I purchased it half-price on offer and it has...

Nivea Sun Childrens Sun Spray
Advantages: water resistant, coloured initially, easy grip bottle, smells nice, works well, easy to apply
Disadvantages: runs out fast, slightly too runny, stains white clothing
...This product is specifically designed for children, it provides a very high level of protection against UVA and UVB rays (factor 40), claims to be extra water resistant and suitable for children's delicate skin as well as being coloured so that you can see where it has been applied (to avoid missing bits!).
All of the above reasons made this sun spray seem like an ideal one to use on my little brother on our holiday.
Nivea is a brand that I have always used and never had a problem with, so when I saw that tescos were selling two 200ml spray bottles for just £10, I brought this factor 40 kids product for my bother and a bottle of nivea sun spray factor 20 for the rest of us.
As soon as we were at our hotel in Crete my brother wanted to be in the pool so it seemed the ideal time to test the water resistance of the sun spray as...

A REFRESHING SPRAY THAT DOES A JOB WELL
Advantages: works brilliantly and it refreshs
Disadvantages: Exspensive
...really refreshing as long as you spray yourself regularly. I think you can buy the spray in different factors, but we got Factor 20. Although this is a rather strong factor, I have still managed to slightly tan my legs a little with the spray on. If you don't wish to tan at all, this should protect you as long as keep on putting more on.
I've worn this sun-spray every hot day so far this summer and it works brilliantly, produced by Nivea the cream is rather exspensive retailing at around £11.99 a bottle, thats for 200ml. I say it's worth it though, the cream has only just run out. It comes in a relatively small bottle which is blue with an attractive orangey/yellowey lid/cap.
You may have noticed that this is a kids sun spray, that doesen't bother us though, it works well on all 5 of us! We did buy it for my little 5yr old sister though...

Nivea Sun Lotion for Children
Advantages: Great product, nice smell, lasts a long time
Disadvantages: Can be expensive if bought singularly
...of the bottle has the usage instructions and a long list of ingredients.
The cream comes in the following SPF's: 25, 40 and 50+.The cream also allows your child to play in the water for 80-120 minutes without needing to reapply, but I would still reapply it more regularly just to be safe. It also contains Vitamin E to help combat free radicals & premature skin ageing.
Nivea also do a BABY Sun Lotion which is SPF 50+ which has been specially developed for sensitive baby skin. The children's lotion also comes in a spray, which I am yet to try.
I would definitely recommend this sun cream. If you buy on an offer as I did, it works out at quite good value, and it seems to provide great protection. I even use it on myself and I haven't yet used even half a bottle! A great cream from a well known skin care company.

How Cool is Nivea!
Advantages: Don't have to rub in
Disadvantages: Makes your skin feel sticky
...NIVEA - Cooling After Sun Spray
*WHAT IT DOES*
Nivea after sun spray helps cool your skin and sooth it after it has been exposed to the sun. It is particularly helpful if you have gotten sunburnt as it helps restore your damaged skin. The Aloe Vera soothes the skin, whereas the Provitamin B5 and Vitamin E helps repair your skin and store lost moisture. This will help make your skin be in better condition and protect against premature skin ageing due to sun damage.
*INTRODUCTION*
I have very fair skin and burn easily, so I decided to buy aftersun as I am in the sun a lot and was anticipating the worst. Thank goodness, so far on my travels I have only been burnt badly once so I was very thankful of having this product. I will stress to anyone who is going to be exposed to the sun for long periods of time to cover up (wear lose...

A spray above the rest.
Advantages: No burnt skin!
Disadvantages: Expensive
...So the warmth of summer is quickly approaching once again. And, again, frantic dashing to the shops to get those last minute things will take place. So let me make one thing easier for you - your suntan lotion.
Now we all know that, due to the vast choice, when you go into a shop for suncream without knowing which one you want it could be winter before you leave! Aisles burst with various priced and sized bottles, sprays and lotions, colours and brands. So how are we expected to knoe which one to choose and which will protect us the best?
Well last year i was in this same predicament - and so i pretty much just wne tfor the first one i found, namely Nivea spray. As i had heard of, and used, Nivea before as a body lotion and deodorant, i figured that if the standard was the same then i would be fine.
The first issue was the price...

Safety in the sun in two quick squirts!
Advantages: Easy to apply, smells, nice, high level of protection
Disadvantages: Have to be careful not to get it on your clothes.
...It was so nice to be able to take my daughter to the beach with the arrival of the first of the summer sun. As my daughter is still only 18 months and has very fair skin I am a somewhat paranoid mum and could not stand the thought of my daughter having burnt skin.
Last year I chose a Nivea sunblock for her and basically kept her out of the direct sun. She started walking some six months ago, and loves to run out in the garden. It?s going to be impossible to keep her out of the sun all the time, and rather mean too! I want her to enjoy the sun, but safely. I?ve been doing a little research on the internet, and one of the more surprising things I?ve learned is that getting severe sunburn once in your child hood doubles your chances of skin cancer in later life.
I wanted a sun spray this year as I thought it would be easier to apply...

What can I say...nothing...just spray...
Advantages: Amazing
Disadvantages: Bit pricey
...I truly despise all types of sun tan lotion. I'm 15 and when on holiday just hate the idea of having to rub in some really 'gooey' sun tan lotion, which does not rub in and when it eventually does, it leaves a horrible sticky feeling on your skin and smells absolutely foul! Well that is my opinion anyway! I mean I know all about the risk of skin cancer, but it is such an ordeal just so you can walk around in the sun for an hour before applying some more on!
But, when my mum came home from the supermarket with some of this Nivea Sun Tan Lotion Spray which she had got at a bargain of buy one get one free, I was still dubious. I had no choice of course about using it, but for once I will admit I was completely wrong! This Nivea sun spray is so easy to use, it's efficiency is amazing! It is just so easy to spray it lightly around...

Spraying is the only way!
Advantages: Clean and easy to use
Disadvantages: a little pricey but aren't they all?!?
...I am unfortunately one of these people that can be allergic to things like sun tan lotion and after sun creams and after trying a few (expensive but necessary!) I found Nivea Sun Spray. I tried this one and liked it immediately. It sprayed a nice even cooling spray of lotion onto your skin. Then, all you have to do is spread it about a bit and thats it. The nice thing about the Nivea Sun spray is that there are knobbly bits on the sides of the bottle so when your hands are a bit greasy and you are trying to spray the lotion, the bottle doesn't slip out of your hands. The lotion is a little on the expensive side (approx £7 - £8) but it does last well and what price do you put on you keeping your skin?!?
I then also moved to using Nivea after sun too once I had found that I wasn't allergic to Nivea. The lotion isn't too greasy...
