I went into the Carphone Warehouse where my friends worked as this is the most reliable way for me to get an honest opinion how great a phone was. My new toy: Nokia 6303

Advantages: mixes many features and not expensive even free. Battery life is very long.
Disadvantages: The back cover is not easy to remove

Nokia 6500 Classic..

Advantages: Nice looking and light weight..
Disadvantages: Poor battery life and technical problems

...doesnt have any unnecessary buttons along its side like some phones so you dont find yourself doing anything you shouldnt be! It comes with the usual nokia classic snake game and also suduko and some trail games. It has large access to the internet though it is not included in the contract and so I am yet to see how it works. The Cons: Although this phone looks amazing it does have some hefty downsides; The battery life is awful even though a lot of the time i dont even use the features such as the camera which you would presume would make it run out. The speaker seems to be a bit tempremental which is a problem I have heard it quite common with this handset - sometimes it can be so quite to the point that you can barely hear what the person on the end of the phone is saying and it also clicks in and out of high and low volume...

Nokia 6100 - At a Glance

Advantages: Has everything you need in a modern phone.
Disadvantages: errrrm...poor standard games (seriously, thats as bad as it gets)

...The Nokia 6100 was a replacement to my Samsung S300 (which my wonderful fiancée decided to put in the washing machine). The S300 was a great phone with great ringtones & a high quality screen. However, there was one small problem with it (apart from not having an extendable T9 dictionary)... it wasn't a Nokia!! No matter what phones I've had in the past (Motorola, Bosch, Sagems, Samsung) I've always gone back to Nokia. Not only is it the assured reliability, but also, there are just more accessories, ringtones, games etc available for Nokias. If you are after a phone which will make you stand out in the crowd, this probably isn't for you. But if you need a phone that does what you need it to do & more, you can?t go wrong. The colour screen copes well with any pictures & all the games look as good as you would expect...

The Nokia 6500 Classis IS a classic. Dont stop making it Nokia!

Advantages: small, nice, simple, Nokia OS, reliable
Disadvantages: dodgy usb link + charger, short battery life

...After a variety of experiences with other manufacturers, such as Sony Ericsson, and Samsung, I decided to return to the mother of al phone makers Nokia. The 6500 classic seemed to fit the bill, looking great with a variety of features and a camera, and above all it easily passed my key test; Would it fit in the pill pocket of my trousers? It slipped in nice and easy, and was always discretely to hand. The case has stayed great looking over the years, even though it has taken a pounding from my propensity to drop phones, the only damage it has suffered is from the very top of the phone, where the mini usb port is located coming loose. A touch of superglue sorted it out though (mind you it needs a fresh dab now). The one down side to the phone has been its battery, and its mini usb interface too. Advantages: Awesome screen, nice size, light, easy to use
Disadvantages: Not a built in camera, rubbish games
