My partner was persistent however, and eventually got one after going in O2 shops as many times as he could. ...I decided to get a new phone because I had trouble getting signal in my local area with my old network. I went into the store without any idea which phone I wanted and to be honest nothing really jumped out at me. I wanted a small phone with all the usual features, camera, music etc but most of the phones seemed quite big. The salesperson showed me a few and then showed me the N70. I wasn't 100% sure but I liked the fact it had a lot of features and the screen size is relatively big. The only thing that put me off was that it appeared to be quite chunky. When I compared it to me old phone, the Motorola V3 however, I realised it wasn't much bigger. Nokia N70 Mobile Phone

Advantages: Great video filming, Quality camera, Nice looking, Good size
Disadvantages: Brushed aluminium around the front scratches easily, sometimes freezes or turns off

...I had my Nokia N70 for just over 9 months now and overall I am happy with it. Ok, granted, somtimes the phones decides to turn off and phone memory and the memory card (64mb), that comes with it, can fill up quiet quickley, which was annoiying. So I bought a 1GB memory card for my phone which litterally plugged straight into my phone and I was away. I used the nokia pc suite and data cable (came with phone) to transfer memory from my phone and memory card to my pc and then back on to my new memory card, which took about 45mins. The problem I'm experienceing now is that the gallery crashes sometimes when going through my photo's etc. (I have used about 1/3rd of the memory cards memory) But it's worth it. I have loads of songs/video songs/pics/videos/games etc on it. My phone is never turned off and can go just over 3 days without the need...

Nokia N70 Old But Still Great!

...Last Tuesday my Nokia N95 just broke. Literally it just broke, I woke up went to pick up my phone and it was dead, not what you'd expect from a £500 phone. But, it's gone in for repair and I've gone back to my N70. Frankly I'm beginning to wonder why I ever wanted to change my N70. It's always been reliable and I've never had a single problem or fault with it. The N70 is a bit of a "brick", but when I bought this phone I was working on building sites so I need something pretty robust. This is a good solidly built phone and the sort of quality we know Nokia are capable of producing. I would say that I've dropped this phone on the floor at least 100 times whilst I was at work.
