Advantages: All in one phone

...I used to be Sony Ericsson fan, hated Nokia coz features are usually the same,just change some features and that's it! Ola! New Nokia model. However, since I saw this phone and scrutinized the features, it did tempt me to try and Im really glad with my decision. And yes! I'm back with Nokia. Everything I want, I need is in this mobile! I usually forget to bring camera on holiday or parties but never forget phone. and this phone serves all the purpose! Great photos! Internet searching so fast! Very useful everywhere I go. ..google search..travel planner..everything! Basically, my Nokia N95 8GB phone is my buddy. Can't live without it! Even my friends like it too and she's not a nokia lover as well. By the way, I'm under O2..I dont dont if others got problem with other network like Vodafone, etc..... Read review

...My review on N95 8 GB. Very good phone comparing with SE. I used that mobile 1 months ago. For a few weeks. Its great product. The best mobile form nokia n serise. After I read the user’s reviews and real test some friend’s phones. I was tempted to useI was tempted to use, now I’m real proud with nokia. The only point in minus then SE is the “user friendly” characteristic and some applications - Quickoffice in Nokia vs Fulloffice in SE not a big issue Everything else is great: - GPS receiver is very sensitive and it doesn’t lose the satellites (I have signal at 1m away from window); - GSM signal is very strong, - Symbian 60 is give u the possibility to install many applications than Symbian UIQ - Very stabile phone - The another issues like the plastic cover or the slide stability…... ...Originally received the N95 free on upgrade until it broke and I returned it. I was sent a N95 8GB which was far better. The camera lost its lens cap (a shame) but its larger battery lasted more than a day, the original often ran out in less than a day. I still charge it every day but on one charge it lasts the day and can watch 2 full length films on the large clear and bright LCD screen. The Wi-Fi works well as does the GPS, though not as quick as modern GPS's. The mobile reception is far better than my previous 2 Sony's, the sound is also clear and loud. The camera and flash are good for a phone but the video struggles in poor light (as many others do) and it is useful to have the facility to connect the phone to a TV to show video and pictures. I have had the phone for nearly 3 months and have had no problems. My only gripe really... Read review

...media buttons. I have been waiting a while for a decent phone from Nokia due to a history of issues and I think this is benchmark model. Please make sure when you do get the phone that it is the Black 8GB model as someone may try and flog you the old N95 (silver) which is rubbish!... Read review

...A nice phone but bit on a heavier side. Weighing 140 grams, while N-95 being 120 gm, do feel a bit on higher side. The phone has a 2.4 Inch LCD which again seems small as compared to N-95 (2.8 In). I like that the display is protected by another layer instead of just flat with the whole fascia. The sliding mechanism is firm, moves by itself with a nice snapping sound. Even though there's a lot of buttons in that part of the phone, Nokia does a great job illuminating only the necessary buttons depending on what you are using. For example, the music keys are dimmed and the gaming keys are off when using the phone in general. When the music player is on, the music keys light up. The gaming keys lights up when playing an N-gage game and also when used to zoom in or out of photos in the gallery. What really surprised me was the Naviwheel... Read review

It is quite a big size of a phone and it is heavier than other mobiles. The Price is quite alot, I bought mine around christmas and it was around £500. ...The nokia N95 8GB was the only choice for me, having been a Sony Ericsson fan for several years, i though a change was in order, so home it went for some electrical refreshment. At first i resisted temptation and left the phone alone, but 30 seconds later i was at it. Upon sliding the phone upwards, the screen comes alive with crystal clarity, the main screen ready with useful icons or shortcuts, pressing the main menu button is unusual to get used to at first, not being centre of the phone, but you soon adapt. Theres alsorts of icons in the main menu section, the customery contacts, calender, gallery, and then things like tv and maps. There is plenty to do and see on this phone, the gallery section is fantasic how the pictures rotate round the edges of the screen instead of following the cursor.
