Another Money Spin!!!
Review of Nokia N95 8GB by
CRF88
Advantages: Packed full features, slick design
Disadvantages: poorly made, battery life is rubbish
...I have just recently had a play around with my friends Nokia N95 and i have to say their are some mixed feelings about this phone from my point of view
The Nokia N95 is a compact phone with a slick design and packed full of features Nokia does what the do best they take making a mobile phone to the next level.
One of the strong points about Nokia N95 is amount of features the users is getting for thier money. Nokia N95 can boast with features such as a 5mega pixel camera, satalite navagtion, bluetooth, fm radio. The Nokia N95 has enough a whooping 8gb of memory built into the phone which allows customers who purchase this phone to fill their life's worth of music on the phone. Nokia can boast the sound quality as been the best, crisp and clear sound is definite positive for the nokia n95. The 5mega pixel camera is one of the mian...

The best Nokia can do? Or a Nokia N95 in disguise?
Review of Nokia E90 Communicator by
danielcm
Advantages: 512 MB microSD as standard, Integrated WLAN, HSDPA, Big and high-resolution display
Disadvantages: Size and weight, Price
...Ive worked for a telecoms company for the last 5 years and the Nokia E90 communicator is the phone that everyone is talking about.
The Communicator is the latest addition by Nokia based primarily for executive use, basically another business phone with lots of features thats most people will never use.
I first got my hands on this phone last week and its still as big and bulky as you expect the communicator series to be, even in its closed position you would struggle to put this phone in your pocket! Apart from the size of this phone I am hard pushed to find anything else wrong with it. The screen size and full-fledged keyboard is second to none (not a qwerty keyboard as I so often hear people saying).
The E90 communicator interface has alot in common with the Nokia N95 apart from the fact it seems like 100 times quicker so...

swiss army phone "nokia n95"
Review of Nokia N95 by
mallowdale1
Advantages: loads of great features and big screen
Disadvantages: slightly chunky in pocket
...having used several other nokia makes in the past i am used to the nokias simplicity. however the nokia n95 takes the most complex ideas and makes them easy to use.
such a great phone to use as well the easy to use buttons and no fuss packages make it a must for the next gen phone user.
although it is slightly bulky in appearnace this is more than made up for in the fact that it boasts a 5 mega pixel camera and interenet that is just as good as the interenet on any home pc or laptop. the camera quality os great and the ability to dowload pictures is really easy. what a great phone this is to use would definately go and buy one....

Packed with features, too chunky
Review of Nokia N95 by
ansarali
Advantages: impressive features
Disadvantages: quite chunky and not good for texting
...This is a quick review.
Overall the Nokia N95 is a pretty decent phone. Pretty, easy to use, desirable. But I'm pretty fussy when it comes to my phones.
I had a Nokia 6233 before this and its safe to say that that is the best phone I have owned, it was perfect and i thought it would be impossible to beat. That may still be true.
A big downside these days is the battery life with these phones. They give a figure in the booklet and the reality that it is half the life.
I admit that it is an amazing phone with great screen and camera quality, but is very costly.
Although the N95 is unique and technologically advanced there are still down sides of which the 6233 had none.
1. the slider is ridiculously annoying, it slides up and down fine but when open it wobbles when ever you press a button.
2. the ridges on either side...

My take on the N95 after a year
Review of Nokia N95 by
kyle212
Advantages: Great hardware, great usability, great software
Disadvantages: Needs more ram and internal memory, and a better battery
...Having owned this phone for almost a year i can safely say that this is a must buy phone. The general thoughts with s60 (the phones software) are that it suffers from crashes daily. I had this problem when i first bought the phone but thanks to firmware updates the bugs have been ironed out and i rarely get a crash.
Hardware wise the N95 delivers on all fronts, you ll be hard pushed to find a device with such fantastic specs. The camera is brilliant but the flash leaves a little to be desired, although being useable for photos the flash does not deliver while video recording. The n95 can handle 3.5G which is faster then 3G which is found on most phones. The huge 2.6 screen is brilliant for viewing pictures and videos and is perfectly viewable in all conditions. However the screen is prone to fingerprints and smudges but this can...

Nokia N95, the warts and all
Review of Nokia N95 by
myemma
Advantages: versatile and looks good
Disadvantages: prone to crashing
...Hi Ciao members,
The mobile evolution has now made big steps in marrying mobiles and the computer. Versatility, style and applications all on the latest Nokia N95. It is worth viewing if you are a techno person like me.
The Nokia N95: Specification Demo:
Link below gives you a detailed 3D view of the Nokia N95 and the summary of key features.
http://www.nseries.com/index.html#l=products,n95,demo
Where the future is:
To all those techno fads like me requesting higher specs/more features - remember every phone has to make a good business case, both for itself and it's effects on other models in Nokia's range. For me, I would love touch screen too, etc. but the cost would start climbing rapidly above what would give Nokia a good return on the product.
Nokia leading the way:
Touch screen would also add weight and size and reduce...

Nokia N95 - The User's Review
Review of Nokia N95 by
Coops2404
Advantages: Easy to use, 5MP Camera, 8GB Expandable Memory, Rigid Design
Disadvantages: Slow, Bad Internet Browser and Music Player, Awful battery life
...After hearing all of the stories of how great Nokia's new super-phone is, I decided I just had to spend some money on getting one. On a whole, I am glad that I did, in other ways I wish I did not...
Pro's:
- Large high-quality display
- Easy to use interface
- 5 Megapixel camera
- Up to 8GB Expandable Micro-SD memory slot
- Beautiful and rigid design
Con's:
- Very slow at fulfilling basic tasks*
- Terrible internet browser**
- Terrible music player***
- Battery life****
*Maybe the 64MB of RAM was really not good enough to fulfill the needs of this feature-filled phoned
**The internet browser is simply not up to scratch. Bland, slow and unforgiving
***The music player does not do your music library any justice as it is slow and annoying to use
****The battery life on the Nokia N95 is an absolute joke. I have to carry two batteries...

Nokia N95
Review of Nokia N95 by
Liam1983
Advantages: Camera, Memory, Ease of Use.
Disadvantages: Software, Slow
...I have to say that when the Nokia N95 was first released, i was eargerly awaiting the little red box to arrive. I have always been into gadgets & technology, mobile phones being a big part of this. and the hype; The N95 boast a massive feature list, almost anything you could ever want in a phone - 5 megapixel camera, which i might add is possibly the greatest feature of the phone, 3G video calling & full internet access on the move. MMS.... the list goes on. Not only does the features list look impressive, but the phone aesthetically is excellent, the screen clear and crisp and the two slide functions definate. - It arrives, and like a child at christmas, i'm straight into the box. Contacts updated, software installed, synchronised with PC, easy. Ease of use, as you expect with any nokia, the user interface is A1. Yes i am as happy...

The Nokia N95
Review of Nokia N95 by
moodster9
Advantages: Two-way slide, music, ease of use and quick start-up
Disadvantages: none
...The nokia is a great phone. When I use it I can get to all my applications faster than my friends. The start-up is very fast and I think the buttons are easy to press. The scrren is big and the phone itself looks big and chunky but it does decive you it is quite light and easy to hold. The sound quality is great and it has a good phonememory although you might want to get a memory card to use its full capabilities. The screen has good colour so it is good for watching movies and the phone comes with Spiderman 3 pre-loaded on it. It has a two way slide motion so that you can get to the numbers or you slide it the other way and you get the music buttons. I think this a great phone for people wanting a cheaper option of the Iphone....
